Breakfast was great - wide variety available every day. The pool was really nice although the pool "deck" is not very wide around the pool. Very comfortable and clean room.

The exhaust fan in my room did not work, but was not really an issue during my stay. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were too feathery and even with all of them stacked up, I still ended up with my head flat in the middle of them. For what I paid for my stay, the hotel should have a better selection of pillows available on the bed. I believe I did request no feather pillows, but apparently there was no choice. I had to go buy a firm pillow at Walmart (and then left it with the family member I was visiting).

New and very good room amenities

Location is good but lot of construction around and may be some renovations can be done to outside. Also employees need more training on booking.com orders. Had to go to front desk couple of times to clarify I already paid for the room. Booking uses their own card to pay and they errr not able to charge. After 2-3 visits downstairs and phone call it was resolved. This could have been easily avoided for my experience and I could have made 10.

I loved the view and the room

I was charged on booking and as well as the property- double charged. I contacted your location that said I would have to wait 7 days to call back even though both charges are no longer in a pending status and posted. if I do not have my refund from your company or booking.com once those 7 days arrive I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This was an unexpected expense as is because our power was knocked out for 2 days because of a storm and we had no where else to go. if you are going to have a third party collect your charges then the communication should be better between companies.

Breakfast was good, I would've liked a bit more variation from day to day. We stayed there 7 days. Staff was very nice and helpful

I reserved room 320 on line, my room was already paid when we got there at 11pm. We were reassigned to room 120 on the main floor where everybody else had dogs.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms was clean and the bed/sheet was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was better then most hotels and it’s close to restaurants such as the coffee shop next door

Nothing as I was happy with my stay and I wouldn’t change anything at all. The staff was awesome and the place was clean. Restaurant are close When you get hungry you can order and walk to pick it up .

The cleanest hotel room ever. The room is well equipped and everything was fresh and clean. quiet environment . Great breakfast over all a great value.

I love the amenities. Everything about this hotel felt like it was home. The staff was very friendly. They have a washing facility opened until 10pm, little snack bar. My kitchenette had everything I needed including a microwave and refrigerator it even has a dish washer. This hotel is pet friendly with a non refundable fee for your little fur baby to stay which wasn’t bad for me, she enjoyed the stay. My mother and myself loved the location it’s next to a lot of shopping centers and walking distance to fast food restaurants including a Cracker Barrel across the street.

The mattress was a little to firm for my back and legs. The pillows are super soft

We LOVED the breakfast staff. We were there five days, so felt like good friends when we left. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean.
