property is very clean, well located, with basic needs available. Beds were very comfortable , air conditioner was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful . HBO channel was a plus

A makeup mirror would have been nice, or another mirror maybe in the bedroom area above the desk. you can hear hear a little noise from adjoining room, not enough to be a deal breaker.

The hotel was quiet and located close to many conveniences such as restaurants, fast food, as well as a Target and Bestbuy. The room I was in was clean and had plenty of space. The hotel provided breakfast at an early time which was a plus for me.

A functional water fountain or a way to fill the water bottle I had brought along my travels without having to purchase from the market would have been preferred. The AC unit while great at cooling the room is very loud so if you prefer a cold room to sleep in it could easily interrupt or prevent you from sleeping.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was healthy and tasty.

The only complaint we had was when my niece and I went to enjoy the pool that night there were three guys in the pool drinking, playing loud music and taking pictures. My niece and I left the pool area because they made us feel uncomfortable.

Location is great. Right off Bell which is where everything is yet set back some off the main drag so it’s not noisy at all. The hotel is beautiful and clean. All staff are super friendly& helpful, including housekeeping. The pool was warm and plenty spacious. The market is a great idea. I really appreciated having laundry services available. Overall 10/10 for us.

The only thing we didn’t like honestly was the gap between the elevator and the shaft. We almost lost our car rental keys down there 😬

AMAZING staff, especially front desk on night of arrival. So sorry, but I can’t remember her name! Staff at breakfast were so welcoming and friendly. They all went above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other HIE’s.

On line check out was a joke! I had to go to the front desk to check out. I had an appointment to get to so was rushed. Not a good way to finish off a nice stay.

the staff! absolutely everyone were accommodating! I miss understood the breakfast time and the attendant took me in the back so I could grab some food! the manager I spoke to her on the phone prior (Nahla). very professional and friendly. thank you all

Very clean, easy access, hand carts available for taking luggage in and out of the hotel, Dove soaps stocked in bathroom and shower. Breakfast was amazing.

This place is amazing! Cant wait to go again for a stay-cation with the family .. breakfast was probably one of the best that we have had during any hotel stay. Rooms & batrooms are super clean. Staff is the best

Rose was amazing!!! She helped with everything right away and was extremely professional and welcoming. The room was very clean and well taken care of throughout the whole room.

The sound is horrible. The insulation must be super thin, because you can hear conversations from the other room, and when people let there doors slam shut—the sound is beyond loud; it’s the same when the rooms are being cleaned in the morning—you can hear every movement.
