Easy, convenient, affordable option in close proximity to the OCCC and to the local restaurant scene. Even with this being a 'no-frills" type of facility I found it to be functional and certainly a good value.

I did not arrive until 5PM on Monday. Upon checking in I spoke with reception staff about the possibility for a late check out on Friday since my return flight was in the evening. They extended a 12PM, however stated that if I called the front desk on Friday it was possible to extend until 3PM if I was willing to pay the $10 per hour overage. ( I was) Sadly on Friday I was told there was no room at the inn due to being booked. In hindsight I should have just payed for the extra night and left early on Friday since I had an 8-hour wait at the airport. I really wish they could have offered me a rate to stay when I explained my situation especially knowing I was already late checking in upon arrival.

The room was spacious and the pool was big very nice . Just wish they had the pool open later than 10

I didn't like that the fridge in the room was not keeping our food and drinks cold. We had to call to get it replaced. Also when I called for toilet paper and garbage bags I asked for more towels didn't receive them . On top of that my debit card info was taken and I only used that card to check into the hotel so I believe an employee there had to be in on taken my credit card info I kept getting alerts of the person trying to purchase more things and they were doing it all on that side of town and online.

This is an excellent property in an excellent position on International Drive. Close to CVS, Walgreens, and many Bars and Restaurants within walking distance. Check in was simple, no queue and girl was pleasant and efficient and other than checking out I had no reason to visit the front desk again in my weeks stay, I class this as a positive. The room was big with every amenity I needed. Iron and Board, Microwave, fridge, Coffee Maker, USB x 2 right next to bed. Basic shower amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap. There was nothing I needed that wasn't supplied in the room. The bed was ultra comfy as were the pillows and the bedding was sparkling white and clean as were the towels which were plentiful. It was August and the heat was hitting 100degrees but the AC in the room was fantastic, really cold and not too noisy. I am from the UK and AC is probably the most important thing in the room for me apart from cleanliness. The room was very clean and I had no issues with any bugs whatsoever. I asked to be close to the pool on a high floor and I was given room 2447 in block D which was perfect. Facing International Drive so was very quiet indeed. The 3 pools are well kept as are the grounds of the hotel in general. I had breakfast one morning and found it to be OK for the price, cheaper and better than the Dennys breakfast I'd had the morning before. I had a great week in the hotel and the price was less than 1 nights stay in a Disney or Universal hotel both of which I have stayed in many times. The ameneties in the Rosen were as good if not better than some of those on site hotels. would definetly recommend

There was only one thing I didnt like that comes to mind. The pool. I had intended to spend time this holiday at the pool with a book, unfortunately there are no umbrellas at the loungers in any of the 3 pools. As the sun was out in force I could not lie at the pool any days are there is no shade whatsoever. There are one or two umbrellas at the seats set back from the pool but none you could lie under. This was a big disappointment for me.

This hotel was extremely good value with free parking on site and also laundry facilities are on each building. There are plenty of options for food both inside the hotel and just outside the hotel has a Restaurant, a Bar and a minimart and across the road walking distance as a CVS and there are hundreds of hotels and other restaurants on international Drive a great place to stay with family as they have pools and easy access to attractions as long as you have a car

Some of the rooms on the ground floor facing the parking lot feel a little bit exposed and people walking paths can actually see inside the room as they walk past so you want to look for somewhere that’s not in an area of high foot traffic

The staff was nice and the gaurd had to let my kids into the room with no problem because they left their key card in the room and I give a 5star to the hotel manager for helping me get gas in my car because I ran out of gas and he could of said that wasn't my problem but he did all he could do to help me with my problem and the room service people came to clean up my room daily with fresh towels and clean new linen and it was in good location to everything we will be back soon

When we first checked into the room it was filled up with men's cologne and to me it didn't smell good at all made me fill like the room wasn't clean and it was messing with my breathing even my husband also said that the smell was overwhelming but it smelled like his dad cologne but they just sprayed to much of it I started to ask for another room but like my husband said once we aired the room out after about 2 to 3hours the smell started to lighten up but other than that everything was good everything in the room worked well we had a heated pool

Great location for events at the Orange County Conference Center. I had a vehicle for transportation but could have easily used the I-Ride trolley for $2.00 per trip. It's a 3 block walk with overhead cross walks. Pools were close to all buildings. Quick response elevators were appreciated. Breakfast buffet was great and a super value.

I realize that it's a hotel in a resort area, but I suggest you shop for snacks and drinks prior to arriving... items in the convenient store are a bit "pricey". I have to admit that it is very convenient and well stocked.

The reception took a $50 room bond & haven’t returned it yet as many chases!!! Not happy

Location and views from the higher floors brilliant. Beds were very comfy, all very clean in rooms and outdoor areas considering the size of the hotel

Not much to dislike but due to the size of the hotel and all the buildings it could become a bit confusing trying to find your room for the first few days but you soon get used to it. Only other thing I found hard was if you wanted to do a clothes wash at night after a day at the parks it was difficult to find a vacant washer and dryer as there seems to be a lot of SeaWorld staff live here and they seem to go from building to building using all washers and dryers but you just need to be quick and beat them.

The staff were very nice. The property was well manicured, and security monitored the property day and night. The room was very clean, and my family had clean towels everyday. The maid also made our beds everyday during our stay.

The only thing we did not like was the bed. I felt the springs in the mattress against my back. I woke up with my back hurting, and I already have issues with my back and neck. I would think the owner would spend money for better quality mattresses given the cost of the stay at the hotel. Other than this, our stay was very good.

-The hotel surprised me upon arrival. The place is rather large. The rooms are very nice. It was fully stocked with towels, and it had the fridge as it states and microwave. There was a nice armoire type closet to hang your closes in. Iron and ironing board, a nice matching dresser and a desk as well as a sitting chair. It has blackout drapes, and great wi-fi. It is so close to everything. Places to eat, places to see, attractions, etc... it has a 24 hour store, a restaurant and a bar. It has 24 hour security, and they do there job well. They have a great maintenance crew as well. They are also a pet friendly hotel. 3 swimming pools and a gift shop. Overall I have nothing I can say is bad about this place or what I disliked. I found nothing to dislike once here.

I think everything was perfect. I'm sure there may be some issues but my stay was a good one. After ofcourse taking care of a couple of things for me. I had a couple minor issues. It seemed as if my fridge wasnt getting very cold, and my safe didnt work. I called down to the front desk, and they hooked me up with maintenance right away. Maintenance brought me a brand new fridge and a new safe. Within 30 mins. I was very pleased with there job. Simon was the maintenance guy who took such good care of us and quicky. The door was hard to open too, but there was a trick to it. Overall the only dislike I would have had would have been these issues, and they were taken care of quickly and handled.
