The location is right off the main strip, and it was pretty much central to everything. Easy Check-in/Check-out and very knowledgeable staff and short wait. Huge pool with a separate hot tub area right next to the pool grounds. Up on the top floor you can stand on the rooftop and look out across this part of Orlando. The room itself was large and had had two very comfortable beds and AC that kept the room nice and cool. TV was a large screen one - and great to have. Really liked the bathroom layout and shower - it was a really nice setup!

Parking. Due to location of so many restaurants near by - 10 minutes spent driving around the parking lot looking for an open spot - even though I had paid 15 dollars for parking. I finally stopped and ask the front doorman - and was taken to my parking spot. If you pay -- immediately ask the front doorman in regards!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Castle hotel. Upon arrival Tupac assisted us with our luggage. He is such a wonderful person and served with excellence. Every time after that, when he saw us, he acted like we were longtime friends. That evening we had dinner in the restaurant and met Holden. Again, we can't say enough about the service we received. Simply put, "Holden was golden." We are coming back again just to hang out with him. Then on our last night we wanted some dessert but was misinformed that the restaurant was open till 11pm. When we went downstairs, although the restaurant was closed, Chantelle made it happen for us. We can not thank these wonderful employees enough for making our Anniversary weekend at the Castle special.

This is one of my favorite little hotels in Orlando now. The room was clean and charming, the hotel was pretty and themed, and the breakfast looked very good. The pool was the best; it is cute and beautiful, like a quiet chateau oasis in the back with a comfortable hottub area. The location is great, one block off of I-drive so walking distance to the attractions and restaurants, and short drive from Universal. It seems great for well-behaved kids would want to act like little princesses and princes, and a good setting for couples. Will definitely be staying here when needing just a hotel for a few nights in Orlando.

The place is stunning. We love this hotel. The staff is amazing. Specially Lisa at the front desk, her attention to details exceeded my expectations. This hotel just became my favorite to stay at when in Orlando. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, fun places to go and even I-4. My wife and I stayed there to go to Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios and never had an issue with parking, always felt safe in and around the property. No matter the time.

Absolutely nothing. I don't know why you would need this. But anyways I am just typing this. And could we have five times of nothing. I am not there yet to say anything. Its a very passive aggressive way

The hotel is pretty and the staff is very nice. It would have been nice if the outside bar was open so you didn't have to run inside every time to get a drink when you're at the pool but overall it was a lovely experience. I took my grandkids for the weekend and they still talk about the hotel and always ask to go back. I almost forgot the rooms were gorgeous. My granddaughter absolutely loved it.

I didn't like that you had to go to the inside bar to get a drink from the pool. It would have been more convenient if the outside bar was open for drinks. It's hard to drag two kids out of the pool and go into the hotel only to come right back out.

This hotel is a hidden gem, the people that work here really do care and it shows. I would highly recommend for business and family and the both combined. This hotel is 5* My stay is always so comfortable and safe whether I am going solo or with my family.

Everything. The entire staff was just superb. The location was perfect and near everything you need and the property is just gorgeous. Food is delicious as well with great portions.

That mother nature put a damper on my poolday. Other than that, there was nothing to dislike about this place. One thing I would suggest is putting some type of chairs on the 9th floor rooftop because the sunrise and sunset are perfect for something to just sit back in and take in.

it is gorgeous and secluded for being right on international drive. we enjoyed the dinner selections!

it is being renovated and is torn up in places. we liked the decor better before the renovation, but it is still a beautiful hotel!

Clean room

The rooms don’t have a microwave to heat up food, and they want you to use their restaurant but it’s way overpriced for food and drinks. Its a huge inconvenience especially if you like to eat late at night, everything closes at 12 midnight.
