Checkin was great, Susan was exceptionally welcoming. The room was huge. We travel with teenagers and outlets for electronics is a must. There were outlets everywhere. The beds were firm and comfortable. The location is directly across from the Fremont experience and we had a great time. Will definitely stay here again.

The toilet and the shower are in a closet if you will, very closed in and cramped. The vanity area is huge but only one mirror so getting ready was a task. Our sink was dirty when we checked in, but we cleaned it.

The location was fantastic for doing Fremont street. We stayed in the north tower, the room was good and clean, basic but had everything we needed for a busy weekend stay. The bed was so-so. We loved that there was lots of food on property (and the 24 hour subway and McDonald’s were clutch a couple of times). Easy pick up and drop off for Uber right out front was convenient for getting around.

from arrival to departure it was great! Ideal location, quiet, clean and spacous. The staff were great and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Would aboslutley reccomend and stay again

There was some construction happening at the entrance to the hotel so we were unable to drive up, but that didn't make it bad at all. The only thing I would suggest is notifying guests before they arrive, as a person who works in hotels I can imagine some of the guests would be unnecessarily angry

When we got to the room their was a big bug in the bathtub and it made my partner uncomfortable; so I called and ask if we can get into something different but they said their was nothing they can do. It was only a one night stay so we dealt with it but I didn’t really like how the stuff handled the situation.

The long walk from parking lot to the room through the casino why has everyone has to see, what I am carrying with? The pool closes at 7 p.m. Why in Vegas, I would expect it open through the night in that weather. There are no cups in the room, no microwave

I loved how helpful the staff was, and the check in was awesome. Our room was great, it was clean and the view was outstanding.

The only dark mark on my stay was calling and informing them I would be leaving in 10 minutes. They told me to call back when I was leaving which I did. I ended up waiting 25 minutes on hold and then ended up calling on my cell phone the hotel number in order to check out. I don't know if the staff was so overworked, or there was a problem with the phones, but the 25 minutes I spent waiting was unacceptable. I will seriously think twice before returning to this hote.

The location was amazing. Having freemont street just outside the doors was great. The rooms were clean and big. The whole place was clean didn't smell too much of cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly, the ones i spoke to. Except the McDonald's ones. They were moody and not very friendly. Over all we had a good time.

Didn't like the fact that guests have to pay for parking, that should be free. Didn't like the fact that there's no lighting in the rooms. Maybe add some lights in there it was very dark and very outdated. I know it's an old casino but some TLC would be good. The rooms smelled of humidity everytime we walked in. Just a little more updated rooms would be nice.

y’all need to upgrade the windows or something because it really is no joke about the noise from Fremont. I was warned about it by the front desk when checking in but I really wanted the iconic view so my fault lol. but I do think soundproofing the windows would definitely be an improvement. also the parking structure is a little scary

This hotel is awesome! When we got there we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a luxe room overlooking the Fremont experience - we were told it was noisy and it was ( in the very best way) ear plugs were provided! The gym was amazing - has everything and lots of space/ air conditioning- staff were super friendly , the pool area is nice and spacey with great tunes !

We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday - on the Monday they dropped more towels but nothing else- by the time we left bins were overflowing and we had dozens of wet towels ( so something to dry them on would be good - moved environmentally friendly and definitely empty bins daily - a small thing as the hotel really was amazing- loved it !

The pool is open only after 9am and closes at 6pm. The gym is not 24 hours. There is no room service for food. I had a parcel delivered by usps and was charged 5dollars just for handling fees by the Ups shop which provides mail room services. I was told by reception that there is no cost for receiving mail while I'm staying there. I was supposed to get two bottles of water but no one came to clean the room or replace the water till I complained at the end of my trip. The air conditioner does not blow air on the bed. So. Its very stuffy when lying down.
