Very convenient, my room was clean and comfortable. The reception lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. The vending machine was helpful and I could do my laundry. It is a place where you can help yourself, don’t expect hotel service. For my situation traveling from South Africa this was perfect.

My room was clean and neat, but the hallway carpets and stairs need some cleaning.

We have had the opportunity to stay at this Hotel two times. Both have been wonderful; the staff are smiling they have wonderful offers for places to visit and it seems to us enjoy what they are doing. The room was clean. We are thankful for this service and will go back again in the future.

Good location for my stay in Edmond Oklahoma. Easy access to restaurants and highways. Room was large with plenty of space to work on laptop and relax. Our needs were taken care of very quickly. The pool looked nice and clean, we did not use the pool, but others did. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was great. The facility is very well maintained and clean. My family and I had a good night sleep. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. This was our first time staying here, but this will be our go to moving forward when we are in Oklahoma city.

The breakfast was somewhat boring, exactly the same as the last two times I stayed there. Less pastry, No bread. Coffee was good.

The people in the room upstairs stopping or jumping on the floor until after 1:00 am. And hotel guest smoking in the building.

People in rooms above me making noise, stomping and running until 2am. And limited breakfast menu, such as Dairy and either cold cereal or luke warm scrambled eggs with sausage patties. Very limited compared to some hotels in Edmond and Okla. city.

Rooms were nice and clean while modern at the same time. Workers were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. I would recommend for sure. If your reading this I hope your having a wonderful day. 🙂

I love the breakfast and how amazing and accomadating the staff are! Will definitely use again!

My only complaint are the front doors aren't automatic and the side doors aren't locked.

I love the location to the Ez Ranch. I love the big room and the comfortable beds and pillows. Easy access to the vehicle and the ice machine. Clean rooms and hallways. Found no Stained bedding or towels. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.

I get the Covid thing. But the breakfast was horrible Not sure what was in the burrito but it was not edible by me. I would rather have had a dollar bill or a coupon to buy a bacon egg biscuit to a local On Cue or Casey's. No Waffles boo hoo. Was to say the least disappointing. Especially when I learned that the waffles had been served over the weekend. Not good. Our sink in 111 was nearly stopped up. So those could be checked. But our stay was great as it allowed us to unwind before starting a long day at the ranch

The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and I am hoping to stay there again next month that is what we are planning anyway.

I guess if there was anything I would have changed it would have to be the breakfast items, but I understand that they have no control over that with the covid scare still rearing its ugly virus around, So I have to say it was a very nice place.
