Loved the staff. Everyone was just happy to be there to help. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Even in the am the guys working cleaning lobby where super friendly. I think some places we stay at the staff tends to ignore you. But not here everyone ask me how I was doing?.

The fridge in our room didn’t work. I forgot to tell them at checkout. I put drinks in there thinking they would be cold when I got back. I’m not one to complain. I know things happen. I just grab three buckets of ice. Which where handy done stairs. Cleaned and stacked. Along with some cups that where wrapped in plastic.👍

We only spent on night at Tru on our travels back up north from Florida, but would have gladly stayed longer. We were greeted on our arrival by Rocky who was so nice and helpful. You would have thought the hotel had just opened, the rooms were so beautiful and clean, for this price point it is EXCEPTIONAL. it was close enough to a mall with many restaurants that we were able to walk to get dinner, so we didn’t have to get back in the car after our long drive. breakfast in the morning was pretty good. definitely stay here

I thought from the pictures there was an on-site restaurant. but there are plenty of local places

The staff was beyond quick and friendly. You didn’t leave your room without seeing at least two or more members of the staff who all greeted me and made sure I was satisfied with my stay. The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Very modern and fully updated. There were lots of nice conveniences like a rolling desk to move around the room, tons of outlets and USB ports all around, multiple sources of light everywhere, full body mirror with lighting, a shaded curtain with an additional blackout option, multiple benches and stools, ect. I know it’s a strange plus, but I was glad they had a towel rack on both the outside and inside the shower door for a place to put your washcloth to dry as well as the option to keep your towel inside and dry off before opening the shower door and letting cool air in ect. The breakfast was top tier and hot with a large variety of options ! I loved everything about my stay and didn’t want to leave.

All of the staff was very friendly. The lady working the desk when we checked in was welcoming, nice, and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast Sunday morning were all friendly and cleanly. The lady working the desk when we checked out was also very friendly and asked if I needed a printed receipt which I feel is overlooked at hotels now days. My fiancé and I even ran into a housekeeper in the hall who was very pleasant, maybe it's the area, but it was a nice change from other hotel experiences I have had.

We did not experience any unpleasantries during our stay.

The facilities were very clean and accommodating. The front desk staff were super helpful. Shirley, in particular, was very helpful in getting me more hot water when needed and helping us to secure a great room. I also liked the soap dispensers in the room. Very practical! Overall, we loved the place and hope to stay here again when in the area.

At first I wasn’t used to the modern vibe/ decor of the place, but I soon warmed up to the aesthetics, and it was a big hit with my younger three sons.

The night I arrived my bank card declined. We did not was going on. Kimberly and I kept calling 24 hours customer service for the bank and no answer. I had no cash and my blood pressure was going up and I was so mad. Kimberly at the front desk took control of the situation because she saw I was getting more and more upset. She let me in the room and asked me to call the bank in the morning. Kimberly went above and beyond her job title. I worked in hotels for 15 years and this young lady impressed me last night. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. The hotel was wonderful also. Housekeeping takes pride in their job. I recommend this hotel 150%.

The pillows not a fan of them.

The location was so close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. Having no carpet in the room was so welcoming. Didn't have to worry about stains or allergies. The walk in shower was my absolutely favorite, I can't stand shower curtains.

The pillows weren't comfortable and the breakfast didn't offer very many vegan options. I can't force myself to come up with other things that I didn't like.

Great bed/pillows/sheets! Best hotel for getting a great night sleep!

On this trip (I have stayed here before) the employee who was manning the breakfast station was not using best sanitary practices and that bothered us (she did not wipe down the handle of the shared milk container when she knew there was peanut butter on it ?? quite gross and not attentive to others who might have a nut allergy!!) Other than that, overall everything else at this location was a 10

The staff was very friendly, when I checked in there was a college basketball team that had like a 5pm check out window so a lot of the rooms still hadn't been cleaned yet, but the staff moved swiftly to get me checked into my room. Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine was cool. The rooms where a nice size and I liked the hand soap they supplied in the bathrooms, it had a very pleasant smell. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Quiet and great staff

The shade in the window. The pulley didn’t work so I had street lights and headlights to deal with all night. A very nice young lady from the front desk came up to try and help but couldn’t get it to budge either. There was no one on the maintenance staff there and no one would be there until 11 pm. I declined to have someone knock on my door at 11 pm so I just dealt with it. Also the prongs on the plug for the light on the wall to the left of the bed was bent. I had been left unplugged and was unusable.
