The Gantry Hotel, Stratford - Exceptional Hospitality! I recently stayed at The Gantry Hotel in Stratford, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm greetings, genuine smiles, and eagerness to assist with any request made me feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was helping with directions, offering personalized recommendations, or simply checking in to see how my day was going, the staff’s attention to detail and care were second to none. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering both style and comfort. Its location in Stratford was incredibly convenient, with excellent access to transportation, shopping, and dining. But above all, it was the people at The Gantry who made the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality turned what could have been a standard hotel stay into something truly special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon!

Breakfast was great, high quality options, with a fresh hot order corner. There was also a lot of dietary options available, for anyone with dietary restrictions. It is also served really early, so great if you are an early riser and want to enjoy your day. The Gantry is also greatly located next to the Stadtford International train station, so just a short walk, really easy to access from London City Airport.

It's certainly my own fault, but I misunderstood what Mobility Accessible meant while booking my stay, I'm used to Wheelchair accessible term instead, due to that I booked a suite that I didn't need, unfortunately the hotel was already fully booked so I couldn't change rooms to leave this room for someone who needed the adaptations. But as a side, it was good to see how much there is to support mobility impaired people, so I guess great job on that!

Not been that area of the city previously. Good transport links as train station and DLR across the road from hotel. Hotel needs a more prominent sign outside! Reception and check in smooth. Staff friendly especially in restaurant and bar on first floor. Rooftop steakhouse nice but expensive. Buffet breakfast good. Room a bit quirky because modern design. Nice shower. Reception messed up on ordering a taxi but Natasha on reception ordered and paid for an Uber to take us to ABBA arena.Khalid on reception smiley and helpful.

Excellent well laid out bedrooms and fabulous bathroom toiletries. Complimentary robe and slippers are a lovely addition. I was celebrating my birthday and a card and small box of chocolates left for me - thank you.

Chaotic at breakfast. Station for cereals etc far too small - only one person able to use at the same time. Yoghurts (only one flavour) on a shelf underneath, which you have to bend down to see. Insufficient staff to remove dirty crockery had to take off our table ourselves. Drinks - I would expect that a hotel of this calibre would serve freshly brewed coffee and tea at the table. The food itself was disappointing. Whilst the choice was good, all the hot food, with the exception of my freshly cooked fried egg was only just warm (had seen this mentioned on previous reviews which obviously hasn't been addressed)

The shower was amazing! beds comfortable and clean with adequate room size. I had booked through booking.com and would do so directly with the hotel in the future as was cheaper. Hotel was flexible in changing my booking from a double to a twin with no additional charge. I upgraded to a deluxe twin although it appears that the only difference was the provision of slippers and robe and a small table. Also thought that this meant being given a room between 10th and 17th floor and in fact had 7th. Not a major issue just different to what I had thought. Loved the security as had to use key card to access the lift thereby minimising chances of non authorised persons entering the accommodation.

I stayed at The Gantry because I wanted to seek a good location nearby to see a show that my partner's sister was performing in. The room was very clean. I liked the decor. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that I couldn't connect my tablet to the HDMI port to the TV so I could watch streaming platforms like Netflix. Other than that, it's a great place. Me and my partner would stay there again. We didn't go to the gym because we didn't have a lot of time but if we were to stay the again, we would take advantage of the gym.

This is a fantastic hotel and more like a 5 star experience. I booked for family and friends for my mothers surprise 80th birthday to Abba Voyage and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The hotel is beautiful and has a great vibe. There was lots of space in the beautiful bar on arrival so my family all sat around with Prosecco to surprise my mum as she entered. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. Huge showers and very comfy mattresses and tea and coffee in the rooms. There was also a big reserved area in the bar for hotel guests when we returned from Abba for cocktails which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and again the area to eat in is really swanky. The wonderful Hotel Manager Khaled also upgraded my mum and dad to a suite for her 80th birthday which made our stay even more memorable and fabulous. All the staff were so friendly and professional too and the manager of the bar made a real effort to make us feel welcome also. Thank you so much to The Gantry for such a perfect and super special stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of four while attending the ABBA Voyage concert, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Since we required two rooms, we made our reservations in advance, therefore our rate was reasonable and from the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location. The venue for the ABBA Voyage concert was just a 20-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, the Westfield Shopping Centre, which is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, provided an excellent parking option. The hotel offers a special deal of £10 for 24-hour parking at Westfield, which is outstanding value for money in London. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who efficiently checked us in and allocated our rooms on the fourth floor. The rooms themselves were impressively spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Cleanliness was impeccable, with the room maintained to a high standard. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were exceptionally quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. We made use of the first-floor bar both before and after the concert, and it was a fantastic addition to our stay. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was prompt and friendly, and the drink prices were quite reasonable—especially considering the location. It was the perfect place to relax and discuss the concert. We had opted for the breakfast package, and it was well worth it. The buffet offered a wide variety of both hot and cold options, all of which were fresh and of high quality. There was something to suit every taste, and we left feeling satisfied and ready for the journey home. Overall, our stay met our expectations.

The Gantry is without exception one of the Best Hotels we have ever stayed at. Khalid on reception welcomed us very warmly, he was professional and so personable. A real asset to the Hotel . Nothing was too much trouble and he certainly wasn't phased by 5 ladies with lots of questions. Khalid promptly organised us a taxi to the Abba venue and offered us a lovely upgrade on our rooms. All the staff were so helpful. Our rooms were very spacious & pristine. The beds were very comfortable.breakfas was excellent lots of choice and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be booking this Fabulous Hotel when we return to London.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and made the check-in process seamless and efficient. Their friendly attitude set the tone for the entire stay.
