The hotel was very clean, modern and light. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms/ the corridor. The food was great. We had dinner (chicken shish was very tasty and some of my party had the chicken avocado wrap which was also really good, and huge!!). The breakfast and coffee were great in the morning as well!!

There wasn't anything "bad" about the hotel. We booked a Small Double, and it was on the small side. But that's exactly what it's advertised as, so we had no complaints!

The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We took The precaution of booking a room which didn’t face the main road and benefited from a a quieter room. The staff were pleasant and efficient

There were one or two discrepancies with the information provided by the hotel. Eg on line information stated checkout time was 10am when it was actually 11am and again online info. breakfast started at 9am but on the key card it stated 8 am Just a bit of tidying up needed on these minor details.

The manager and hotel staff are superb. They went above and beyond to handle our complaints and make us feel comfortable. Even though the room was not what we had hoped for we came to a fair solution that made both parties happy in the end. It would be a great stay for those who are looking for a clean, bargain vacation, it just wasn't for us. The downstairs restaurant and bar was a gem. The food is wonderful and a must try. Plus they have a 24 hour bar!

Being from the states and unfamiliar with the location, my husband and I felt uncomfortable with the area. It is not a tourist area and is a bit ran-down. The rooms are not made to the same specifications (not cookie cutter). Some are better than the others. We had a room in the attic that was small to our standards, with one tiny window and a cutoff ceiling. In comparison, my sister-in-law had a more spacious room with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows for the same price. It is simply the luck of the draw that determines what type of room you recieve. I'd recommend spending a little extra for their upgraded room if you are choosing to stay here (and hope for the first floor!)

Staff very friendly and polite. Large Double Room clean and spacious. Breakfasts were really good.

WiFi kept dropping out. In Double Room sink was too small. Large Double room - Porthole window too bright, no night cover option. Large window tie back falling off wall. Room needs Double glazing, noisy outside at night. Breakfasts/Service take rather a long time. Staff and food really good, but too slow.

Room was exactly like the picture, modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, fixtures and fittings were new and good quality. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, we booked and paid for on site parking in advance, which was secure in a gated compound behind the hotel.

It was all very good

The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff were happy to meet any of our requests. the room was very clean and met with our standard. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the rail station, we travelled to London by car and left it in a convenient parking place throughout our stay.

We have nothing to comment on, regarding dislikes.

Nice hotel a little outside of the center of London. Very nice and helpful staff. There are a few parking lots which you can book in advance. Going to the center of London is easy. A bus stop is a few yards and the next metro a few stops away (multiple options and lines). Check out the bar in the hotel!

I stay here regularly and always have a great stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities needed. The bar and restaurant is always accommodating and the food is great! I would highly recommend.

Bed was so uncomfortable. U booked a triple room with 2 other people. 2 out of 3 beds were comfy but 1 bed was so thin and hard. managed to only get 3 hrs sleep that night, and I had a 3 hr drive back home so no impressed with that.

Room was basic but clean. Gentleman on the reception was very nice and friendly. Bar staff are lovely and the food was really good with a very varied menu. Would help if the Tv in the bar showed programmes perhaps with subtitles instead of a seaview film...would help atmosphere but otherwise cant fault staff and bar area. Would recommend this hotel, we will definitely use this hotel again.

There was no bath mat and the bathroom floor was very slippy after a shower. Room was basic but nice and clean and we were really pleased with it.
