This hotel was comfortable and had relatively good services. The sun rises early in northern Denmark in July, but the room's curtains really kept the light out well. We were staying with friends from the U.S. and appreciated the lounge area next to the bar where we could watch Euro 2024 quarter- and semi-finals. We had breakfast on the last day of our stay, and it was not bad. Location: An easy walk from the town centre.
While we appreciated the lounge, it was not all that comfortable. Our room was not made up after the first night, and I had to remind the staff a couple of times to make the room up after our second night. The hotel was a little on the expensive side. We avoided taking breakfast because the cost (22€) seemed excessive. The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy, and I was unable to turn it off despite following the posted instructions. Would I stay here again, though? Quite possibly.

Big spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Had chocolate hearts some mornings which were tasty and a nice touch. The location was convenient as it was in the centre or near the bus and train station but still quiet in the room.
I couldn't refund when I needed to (though I know it was cos of booking not the hotel itself). I didn't really stay at the hotel as many nights as I paid for (due to staying at my partner's). I also didn't like that the breakfast wasn't included so we chose not to have any.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We were only here for one night as a stopover before heading to Legoland Billund to celebrate our son's 8th birthday. We arrived early but was allowed to leave our bags and on returning in the afternoon to check in we were given a free upgrade to am Executive family suite. My son said Mummy was amazing for booking such an amazing room for his birthday. The breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant settings were very stylish. The reception area was very welcoming, the bar area very relaxing and all of the staff were just fantastic. We had the best stay ever!
Absolutely nothing! We can't wait to return.

Just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. One minute walking from the Music hall and just a couple of minutes from Aros musem. The was someone at the reception always available. Efficient customer service. The view from the window was good and there is a decent amount of natural light coming in. Room service replace cleaning products if needed every day.
Rooms starts to show signs of age; pillows are too soft, bathroom's fan not really ventilating and smell of sewage coming from the drains when using the facilities. Towels got changed during our stay, yet the floor/carpet weren't cleaned. Not sure if was overlooked or a directive for short stays.

The town itself was excellent, the location was great and easy to find. I walked to botanical gardens and the old town museum with no trouble. Hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. Very quiet room with fantastic view of the city.
The bridge to the room was scary for me as I don't like heights, but the room was brilliant. I had an empty bottle of water to fill from the filter tap but couldn't find it anywhere so had to buy water daily. The bar only served small menu from 6pm on Sunday and 5pm other days. One day the meal was amazing, another day it was not. Prices don't make it clear there is 25% vat on top.

This hotel boasts an excellent and strategic placement in Aarhus, near the city center, parking, services and grocery shopping; enhancing its overall appeal. I enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness and notably, the amiable and accommodating demeanor of the staff members. The accommodations provided a satisfactory level of spaciousness, while the effective performance of the air conditioning unit contributed positively to the stay.
Throughout the duration of my week-long stay, the breakfast selections remained consistent without any variation. An issue arose with the himalayan salt container, as its contents became inaccessible (won't come out) for the entirety of my stay. Regrettably, this matter went unnoticed by the staff. Furthermore, a notable drawback was the subpar performance of the Wi-Fi service. While intermittent connectivity was observable, its sluggishness was evident. In light of this, I would strongly advise the hotel management to consider a comprehensive upgrade of their Wi-Fi infrastructure to ensure seamless and ubiquitous coverage for all guests.

I always stay here when I am in Aarhus as it feels really safe when I am travelling alone. The staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is a lovely bar area and small restaurant which is perfect again when you are by yourself. Easy and quick access to the train station and to the bus stops for buses to Aarhus and Billund airport. Breakfast is fabulous and better value if booked in advance. Clean comfortable rooms with good sized towels which is important :-)
Nothing!

The overall experience is positive. The staff was very helpful with any issue: booking a taxi, providing umbrellas, storing the luggage, etc. The room was clean and well maintained. The water bottle was refilled each day. I liked the strive to be sustainable. Complimentary water and a cookie/fruit is always available at the lobby. Breakfast is okay, and the coffee is very nice.
The breakfast each day is the same. For a couple of days it could be very nice, but I stayed for six and got frustrated with the same choices every day. The gym only opens at 7:00, which is unacceptable for a business-traveler who has to be at the meeting early in the morning, so I couldn't make use of it.

Good location, hotel is very well maintained and everything is very clean, functional reception/lobby, nice and large room, good bed, clean and functional bathroom (design not the most modern, but by no means bad or ugly), good breakfast. Parking.
Elevator doors close immediately when the floor is selected, people in the middle get squeezed between the doors. Parking cost is unreasonably high in Aarhus town.
