The location is stunning, and we had a room with a small terrace facing the river. The rooms are pretty big, and ours had just been renovated, including a new bathroom. It looks like the hotel is in the process of renovating all rooms, so you may be unlucky and get one of the old ones, so I recommend asking for a renovated one when booking. The breakfast is included, and it was really nice with both hot and cold items, plus juices, aronia shots, coffee/tea etc.

Excellent hotel, n a great property by the water, probably the best in the Svendborg area. Pleasant 1 mile walk along the water on a protected path to the city and island ferries. The rooms are like small studio apartments (but no kitchen). Excellent Danish/International breakfast included, (but no espresso machine).

No air condition (as is common on most high rated hotels hotels near or in smaller cities), with hotter summers (as 2023) recommend to bring a portable fan. during the Summer time. Some rooms require walking up/down stairs to reach. Dinner menu limited to 3 items per course (with a fixed choice from 3 courses offered as a complete menu for $60). Chose two appetizers at $20 each, rather than the complete menu - which suited me fine, the food was excellent quality and well prepared.

A real conference hotel tucked away in the forests which is nearby Copenhagen. We absolutely enjoyed the fact that there was a lake and creek with walkways around. Staff was friendly, check-in was efficient, room was quite spacious and WiFi had no issues. To add, breakfast had organic and delicious options, which was more than sufficient. Easy and free parking as well.

Deniz (@reception) is doing excellent job. I informed him that it was out first time and he informed us as if he is a guide. The breakfast was very good. Room was clean. View and nature is beautiful.

the bathroom had a very strong sewerage smell in the morning. there was also a constant low ticking sound from pipes or radiator or something at night. I stayed on the first floor.

One of the best hotels I've stayed on with the bonus that there's a healthness center that you can visit while staying there. Very nice breakfast too.

It would be nice with a little mini bar in the room.

The toilet paper holder should be moved higher, so you don't need to be a contortionist to reach it.

The location is fantastic. Very close to the lake and the baying area. Wonderfull view, seems like an exotic place, nice people, boats, nice houses. Please take the boat ride, very close to the hotel. A walk is also good to stretch the legs and get ready to some wine or beer in the evening at the hotel's restaurant. Great breakfast also, nicely placed in gentle cups.
