The studio apartment was well equipped with mini cooker, oven and microwave. It was efficient and functional and easy to commute with close access to metro and train. Bonus is it's 3 minutes from a Lidl. Good wi fi. Good support from staff via a tablet in the property. A good property for Copenhagen at an ok price.

TV not connected to a digital aerial and relies on you using chrome cast from your phone which is useless if your country of origin blocks overseas viewing! Bed and mattress could be improved? Would benefit from a rug in the living room. The studios are located in the ground floor of a hospital so not the greatest looking location!

There was no breakfast, (I do not remember if it is available as a paid option) though we made a nice breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen is very nice and functional. One can make all kinds of food for the whole day. It is perfect for traveling with small children. The apartment is on the ground level; carrying your stuff from a car inside and back is easy.

The floors could be washed. Our kid spilled water on the floor, and we used paper towels to clean it; the paper was grey. The parking instructions could be improved. The parking lot recommended by the hotel costs a king's ransom. The city parking is a little more affordable, starting at €36 a day. However, the city parking outside the paid zone, just a 5 min walk, is free, which must be mentioned. The apartments are reachable by car, but you can not park there. It is a great advantage that was not mentioned.

The clean modern facilities. Kitchenette. Washing machine, hob and combi microwave all good. Nice bathroom with a good shower and lovely warm floor

Lack of shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Need towel hooks near basin. No instructions for washing machine - these should be on your tablet, along with more details of TV functions. The bed could be more comfortable, we didn't sleep very well. The location is rather isolated and felt a little unsafe at night.

The closenes to place, where I went. The fact, that it was big enough. Near tho the public transport.

Lights near the bed didn t work, or I didn t know hot to manage them. It was preaty much noisy becouse of the train station just on the oposite side. I didn t realy like so much the fact, that there was no reception and somewone who could help me quite late, when I came.

The apartment is guide well situated as it is next to a S-train station which gets you to the city center in around 20 minutes. There is a Lidl right behind, which was confortable. Quiet place, it was perfect for our family.

A mop would have been good in the apartment as the bathroom gets dirty quite fast, even though we always left our shoes at the entrance and had slippers for inside.

I went to Copenhagen to visit some friends! The apartment is very nice, clean, it had coffee, oil and salt, which comes in handy when you arrive on a trip! It's not hard to find if you follow the instructions! I give it a 10 and if I come back... without keys they send you a code.... do not spend with taxi! take the train to central station and then take a metro to ryparken (13min ) and save about 40e or more... in denmark there is no UBER but you can use an app called dantaxi ! I hope my comment helps you in some way

Good standard. New. Clean. Washing machine. Cooking possible. Lidl in close vicinity. Also other grocery stores. Possible for car park.

Sometimes noise from the city railway. Normal check-in/-out 14:00-10:00. Check out at 12:00 costs additional +199 DKK. Looks kinda "smart tricks" to charge guest extra. Also you need to be able to set up your Chromecast yourself as it is no satellite/cable TV available. May be a hassle for somebody.

I liked the general minimalism and well-functioning of the space. It is compact, yet it has almost everything one needs for short stays.

As a next step in renovation, I might soundproof the ceiling, so as to increase the feeling of privacy. I could tell where my upper neighbor is walking at a given time. I know it is not a priority in Denmark, compared to other countries, but as you welcome international guests, this might be a good idea.

The customer service was top notch and the staff did their best to ensure we had a great stay. The facilitaties were also new and well maintained which was nice to see that the image matched the reality.

The location was a unique one, which is not something that could be changed, but better directions to arrive would have been helpful.

The apartment was like the photos it was very nice and clean and with good location also a big supermarket near by. The directios they gave was correct and very helpful otherwise i wouldn't have been able to find it alone. I also told them that i had one problem with the tv and they send a technician within 30 minutes without even asking it. Very professional! And the house incloudes everything u gonna need for a short stay!

The only thing i didnt like was that the check out is at 10 in the morning.
