Close to town centre, with an awesome space outside your room for remote working. The staff was so helpful, happy and welcoming. The breakfast was plenty and had lots of local produce.

Some of the carpets are dirty and smell awful. The whole staircase stank of foot sweat. The bathrooms were a bit dated, and our deco pillows on the bed also smelled unwashed. There was very poor parking opportunities. Partygoers on the Friday night were expected but loud.

Fantastic location. Lovely friendly staff and 24/7 reception. Wonderful big rooms and very nice bathroom. Has been renovated with wooden floors etc. TV, hairdryier, desk. Also perfect to have a floor fan in each room to cool the room down. Thank you so much - more hotels should provide this in every room. Location right in City shopping area with 100 m. only to a big supermarket, the sand beaches etc. and 200 m./10 min. walk to the train taking you straight to Odense and all intercity-links.

Summertime it is hard to get a dark room to sleep because the curtains are very thin and white and do not create darkness. Not many TV channels.

We were in a recently upgraded part - we have been before- and the section we were in this time was different, it was really nicely furnished, nice very clean large bathroom, mini bar, kettle etc in the room. Very nice! Smiley welcome on arrival All good !

The room was a nice size - we faced the square. We were there on a Friday night and Saturday night. It was quite noisy from the street on the Friday, on Saturday we were too late to tell about the noise. The parking was excellent. The breakfast was great. The staff were super helpful. Great location with or without a car. Would definitely stay again.

There was a mini-bar/small fridge in my room: was not mentioned on Booking. Nice surprise ! Luxuary breakfast !

Parking your car can be a problem, although the hotel has several parking lots and works with a nice license plate registration for guests. But when hotel is fully booked, finding a place can be difficult. Rooms at streetview can be noisy in the evening, but that s a problem of every city centre.

The dinner options was very limited/only a buffet with limited options not for small children. The employees were nice to offer 1 item at their choice for the kids.

nice room size, good value, great location kids liked the pool table, foozball, darts. good to have a fan in the room, good breakfast.

even with the fan, the room was hot. pillows offered no neck support.

Location is super central. Staff is very friendly and dinner at the restaurant was very nice. Free parking with some underground spaces, not possible to book in advance, but there was no issue to find a free spot.

Cleaning of the bathroom was very poor, dirt on mirrors, the tap and surfaces. It had a bad odor as well. Surprisingly room services did not make the beds during our stay.
