The spa and wellness centre is amazing and so relaxing. We also loved the beach view from the room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Everything was pretty nice! We just didn't realise that it was really a conference and events place rather than simply a normal hotel so at first we were a bit surprised at the different events going on but it was absolutely no trouble. In fact it meant that there were very many facilities and things to do so it was a nice.

Easy check-in even when arriving late, great sauna to relax after long drive. Restaurant lived up to its expectation and have to say the breakfast was really perfect. Lots of choices, fresh and nice staff.

The hotel is also used for conferences and as the hotel is non-smoking inside some of those visitors go smoking just outside the main entrance. So going out or in of the hotel at times can feel like going through a wall of smoke.

When we got into the hotel, I was a little worried, because I did not see any other guests there.  this hotel is very large, and it was totally empty. However, after we got to our room, we discovered the joys of having the hotel to ourselves - the facilities at this hotel are absolutely first rate: the rooms are large, we were, situated in a room overlooking the ocean, the kitchen offered us a terrific breakfast, and then we discovered all the facilities of this wonderful hotel; great workout room, the most fantastic swimming pool I’ve ever seen indoors. It had gorgeous slate pieces surrounding it, and the design was terrific. I wish I could belong to a club that had such facilities as this. We played badminton in the gymnasium, there was darts billiards, 2 saunas, a cold plunge, and free bikes to use. You cannot ask for more facilities and a better location than that. We rode bikes, to the west of the hotel along the shore, and we found all these animals: birds, rabbits, goats, ponies, etc. All being taken care of by the city, about a mile away from the hotel.

Nothing, i fully recommend it.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a room with a lovely beach view. I highly recommend requesting a beach view room, as it truly enhances the experience. The room itself was comfortable and met all our expectations

This is a large hotel, so be aware that there are often conferences and group gatherings taking place. This was perfectly fine for us, but if you are seeking a quiet, romantic getaway, this may not be the ideal choice.

Helpful staff, nice and comfortable place to stay.

The windows of the room faced the area where the main ventilation chimneys of the hotel facilities were installed. The room didn’t have air conditioner and a continuous noise of the ventilation chimneys could be heard throughout the night when the windows were open to get fresh air in the room. Also, no espresso coffee was available during the breakfast.

Amazing reception and Bistro staff. Decent breakfast, Bistro, limited menu but what was served, excellent! Our experience was exceptional due to the commitment of the staff and especially one lady that is a jewel for this hotel, assured we will be back, thank you Pernille!

Rooms not to expectation and unfortunately even though very basic, not clean and outdated. The hotel is very much focused on the basic needs for an overnight stay, but quantity over quality.

Location, and sunrise from the sea right into my window... Quiet, really good for fitness and outdoors loving travellers. It is the nicest and most efficient pet friendly hotel i've been this year ( i've been to nearly 30 stays).

Breakfast was not ok, as i care about nutritional content, greens... hotel is too nice to have this kind of breakfast. Wine glasses for roomservice could be real, and the white wine itself - it is not good when served at room temperature in a small glass🙈 (The size of the hotel is of course impressing, nearly a small airport... but they do succeed to save the cozy atmosphere, and privacy...)

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had a sofa and a small desk / table. The beach was just across the road from the hotel, and there was a little pier where you could swim from. The wellness centre was lovely, and we enjoyed using it most days. The hotel also lend bikes, which we did one day to explore Nyborg town. The train station is about 15 minutes away by foot. Making Copenhagen and Odense very accessible.

The breakfasts were a bit boring, nothing really wrong with them, just a little bit limited. We ate in the Bistro one evening, we were told at reception that we didn't need to book. But the guy in the bistro wasn't happy with us, when we turned up without a reservation! And he made it known throughout our meal that he wasn't happy with us! Having said that, another server was very polite and chatty.

The breakfast is good and has a little bit of variety during our 7 night say. The room was perfect with a lovely sea view. They provided a lot of activities inside the hotel. For example: table tennis, badminton and billiards. During our stay there were mostly sunny days with 26 degrees and lots of sun. This made it the perfect weather for this location near the beach.

Apparently not all rooms are the same quality. They should really upgrade the older rooms to level it with the newer ones. Furthermore it would have been nice if the closing time of the swimming pool / wellness area was around 23:00 instead of 22:00. Most of the time it was a rush for me to go to the swimming pool and the end of the day.

the staff was beyond helpfull and provided excellent service. We had a medical issues and the staff was trying their outmost to help both during and after. very professionel, yet caring.

there is some disconnect between main entrance and the long walk to the reception.
