Facility is well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Waiters at the pool side were my favorite. Always smiling and checking often to see if you need drinks. Of course, our tipping may have helped with their service. Food was good. Loved the casino and dance club shared with Secrets.

Check in was super slow. We were a party of 12 but the only ones checking in when we got there and they had 4 people working and it still took a long time. Check out was quick and easy.

The facilities and pool areas are excellent. There are more animated areas around the pool bar and more quiet areas depending on what you wish. The staff was very kind. They allow pets and they were very friendly with our small dog. We've got a room on the ground floor with access to the pool, it was excellent because we were able to be next to our dog without bothering other clients.

Food quality could be improved and I would appreciate having more options on the menu. We spent 4 days and we managed to try all the restaurants but for longer stays it could be boring. The menu doesn't change, it is the same per restaurant. The beach was full of seaweed so we only used the pool.

The resort is an older resort but the layout was perfect, many smaller pools and not overcrowded. The beach is expensive but the water is chopper this time of the year, I've been on this beach area in May and the water is calmer. Food was good, drinks were ok. The rooms are dated and need upgrading but comfy enough. Staff was pleasant .

The staff was excellente! Exceptional service, good food and entertainment. Marcelo catered to our needs, efficient with every request, and did his job with excellence. He always went above and beyond for us.

Keyless entry system needs to be updated, multiple times we had to go to the front desk for reprogramming or wait for staff to open the door for us. However, they were responsive

The Tide (burger / chicken / nachos) shack was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained.

The restaurant food was very bland, not much taste except the Fusion Asian restaurant (it was very good). You had to get down to the pool by 6:45am in order to get a lounge chair with shade. The lounge chairs were very limited (maybe 100 available with about 500 rooms at the resort)

This property is very well kept. Not your grandiose high ceiling marble piller lobby. But it makes it up with the tropical gardens with great winding pools and beach area.. The staff is friendly food is good. Remember it's an international buffet so stick to what you know. Drinks are made perfect. This is a family resort and a great place to take children for a real tropical vacation instead of the big amusement park..

The greenery surrounding the hotel is amazing and it’s not so big so you can walk everywhere. Nice beach and pool. Most staff are well trained and professional. Kids club team are very good and always helpful.

Spa prices are not worth it! It’s 4 seasons pricing for no reason. Even when you get discount it’s still higher pricing then the rest of the 5 star hotels! Buffet food is not good so you really got to book restaurants however during lunch the nice restaurant is privilege club only! I don’t like such systems! It’s a 5 star hotel and every guest should have access to good food!

The resort was beautiful! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Make sure you get on a party boat to a secluded shallow pool, where you can water slide down off the boat. And party with other boaters.

The only issue was that the food was pretty mediocre. Very tiny portions, poorly seasoned food. I’m assuming they cater to people with bland palates. The food left you wanting to go to the buffet. Which, was better than all the restaurants. Morning breakfast buffet was probably the best part. The beach is gorgeous. Beware of vendors who are not affiliated with the resort who will price gouge you.

The facility was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff and property overall. The grounds were will kept and extrememly clean, staff was friendly respectful; they were pleasent and courteous. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely return.

The food options were good for me but I have food allergies and restrictions, so my opinion is biased.
