The staff was exceptional in their service and constant greeting. They seemed to enjoy their job and made the experience wonderful. Many of the restaurants were very good, and we loved taking advantage of the included room service. The pools were amazing, and it was great to be able to stay on the resort and not get bored. We want to especially thank Gustavo with The Reserve management, Esaie Weche with the H2O bar, and Leonardo with the Hydrogrill. They were incredible and truly made our stay.

When we left the resort, both my spouse and I were covered in itchy rashes and bites we believe to be from sand fleas and uncleanliness. Our bed in the suite seemed to give us an allergic reaction, and the day beds outside didn't seem to be very clean. Also, Karnica was horrible. The steaks were cooked until they were rock hard even when we ordered them medium rare because they wouldn't let us order rare. We hated that some hecklers were working on the resort that wouldn't leave us alone trying to sell trips off the resort. We tried one that was not fun, so we wouldn't do that again.

the grounds are large and beautiful. Meticulously taken care of, felt so good walking and admiring palm trees and so many flowers. there are many swimming pools and the beach is very beautiful

At the time of booking we didn’t know there this property is one of a few under the same umbrella yet had different privileges. Educate yourself before booking as there are some restrictions on the beach that you might not like.

Good food, nice service at restaurants and bars, spacious apartments

No entertainment, always something missing in the room, either coffee capsules or water or towels, ussually dusty, water in the swimming pools had either too much clorine or muddy, very few know English

Me and my family loved everything about this property! The staff was amazing! The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge the food was delicious room service was amazing! Definitely coming back again! Anybody with children i really recommend this place!

The buffet was nice , and other options to eat the karaoke night was nice and other activities

The made us get a connecting room for a family a six which was expensive we could have certainly stayed in a one bedroom suite with double bed . The two rooms was a lot .

Great relaxation, pools, view and access to the beach. Great attention from employees and staff.

Food was not great in some of the restaurants. Sushi was not the best.

Everything was great. We got moved to another location because the Reserve is closed for renovations so they took us to the Grand Cana which is the newest that they have and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Every restaurant in the hotel had very tasty food and also the buffet, a lot of variety. It’s a great hotel if your looking to relax and spend some quality time with friends and family. However, they also have a lot of different activities you can do in the hotel and also you can book a tour to ride the boogies or something else.

Not many activities and no shows or late activities. Place is dead after 12. With one bar or so in falcons open after 1

All employees are happy and do whatever is necessary to make your stay memorable. The facilities are immaculate and the food is like no other. Never before had visited an all inclusive that food was good much less excellent like in here.

The location is far from everything so if you want to venture out get ready to pay a lot for taxi. We wanted to visit downtown PuntaCana and go to a restaurant there and only in Taxi's back and forth we spent US$60.
