The staff are helpful i would like to thank Linda the receptionist , Tania room supervisor and Randa our house keeper Who works in efficient way with always smily face which makes you optimestic Food was not bad and There is a cheff to make all kings of egg. Beside the hotel there is fish resturant name sanarah

I think some of bed sheets need to be changed for it becomes very old and i already informed Tania the supervisor Other wise the hotel is 3 stars facility

I emailed ahead to ask about my requirements and responses were prompt! Everything in my Junior Suite was perfect, toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and water all provided. The staff were extremely helpful and took really good care of me as I’m not good with steps. Then helped me in, and out of the hotel. Mariam helped me with my breakfast plate every morning because I walk with a stick. She was calm. Patient, and kind and always had time to talk with me! She is an excellent ambassador for this hotel - thank you Mariam and all of your colleagues at Golden Park Hotel! I will return! Mr Khalid, the Hotel Manager did everything possible to welcome me and make my stay enjoyable! Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon! Thank you!

- The entire staff was amazingly nice, super sweet and very helpful. They let us stay in the cafeteria after checkout hours to wait for our flight. - The room looked much better and larger than the photos. - No extra taxes were charged for us being non-Egyptian Arabs. - We didn't order any food, but it looked clean and delicious.

- Room floors weren't very clean but to be fair the weather was dusty. - You can hear every noise in the corridors from inside your room, and the elevator door is especially noisy. Could be a bit problematic for light sleepers.

The staff were so cooperate, very friendly. Everything was amazing. The hotel is 15min away from Cairo airport. The location was appropriate for our business meeting. But in general it is located on a highway that makes transportation very easy. It was an amazing experience. Definitely will reserve again.

The breakfast need to be more variant, and the water in bathroom much more heated (we went in summer season, so it doesnt matter if the water is hot or cold)

Room was fine and usual toiletries and hair dryer.

Reception advised at check in when breakfast started. Was tight for time next morning so got lift from 5th floor to ground floor and asked reception where is breakfast room. Was told on the 8th floor. Suggest this see should be highlighted at check in or be on a sign at reception.

So close to the airport in a great neighborhood

Staff were so helpful and friendly Room facilities working so good Ahmed the receptionist was super friendly with a great smile to make you feel you’re in your own home. There’s another receptionist unfortunately I can’t recall her name she called us to check on our stay and satisfaction also if we’re happy with our room

Calm place and nobody bothers you . Reception is very welcoming and they guide also about the fact that how to move around . Security is good . Mr Amir at reception was good and was polite helped alot. Rooms are good and the best thing is you get an uber and taxi within 2 minutes . The young lady at the reception was very nice she let me sit at the reception 2 hours after my check out without causing any sort of problem because my friend got late to pick me

I liked the wonderful outstanding services by a housekeeping lady named Sohila Ahmed . SOHILA Served with professional manner and ethical standards. I appreciate her understanding and flexibility in serving and providing clean and comfortable atmosphere thank you

I didn't like the fact that no food service I had to order my food outside the hotel however I recommended that they try their best to provide food service

We booked our stay from the airport around 11pm the same day, after our airline cancelled our flight. It's only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. They happily accommodated us (3 rooms). Reception was friendly and efficient, and they arranged an airport transfer for the next morning. The rooms are small but clean and well equipped. There's a rooftop bar with great views that's open late. It's located on a busy street lined with businesses, not really a touristy area. Recommended.

The hospitality and the welcoming words upon check-in on the 26th of June that was exceptional 😘😘.. My sincere thanks to the receptionist (my apologies to forget the lady's name 🙏😅🙏) and the concierge Mr. Harith. The hotel location is good, especially for the accessibility to other areas during moving around. The hotel environment is peaceful and gives relaxation after a long day of work!

It is a big challenge to find a parking spot near the hotel 😰😰 The breakfast menu is quite nice but needs more variety 😋 Wifi speed inside the room needs improvements.
