Personnel was nice, polite and willing to help. I had Oriental beakfast,which was clean, tasty and of good quality. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is located in nice high end safe urban area and with no big noise and pollution from the highways and crowds. I liked the natural building materlals, marble, wood, glass, that offer elegance and comfort. I will stay again.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner. No vendor machine. No market or restaurant around in walkable distance (just parks). Cleaningness could be better and more frequent, lots of dust everywhere (gym carpet, marble floors, stairs etc). Room amenities can improve by adding more mini bar choices, bathroom toiletries.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Maran Residence and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right beside the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Despite its proximity to the bustling mall, the neighbourhood was surprisingly safe and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast served at the hotel. It was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it provided the perfect start to my day.Moreover, I was highly impressed by the excellent services provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in until the time of my departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. We arrived very late and checked in around 3am, the hotel was very accommodating in that regard and had the room ready for us. The staff at the reception was very polite. The hotel is situated in a very nice location within a walking distance from the mall. I also loved the interior design in the reception and bar area, quite aesthetically appealing!

Housekeeping in the room during my stay was not up to the standard I am used to. You literally have to ask for the room to be cleaned otherwise it is left as it is! I did mention to the receptionist on my check out and he pointed out that they were short staffed as one of their cleaners had an emergency.

Around 8 of us stayed at Maran residence in different rooms and were all pleased with the accommodation and the service shown! The rooms were comfy, had all amenities needed (safe, shampoo, dental kit, even mini bar), and the place itself was very enjoyable to hang out in (pool area, breakfast room). The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant at Maran residence, everyone was very kind and helpful! A special and big thank you goes to Saeed and Mahmoud that helped each and every one of us at multiple occasions, from getting a taxi safely to the airport to letting us refresh ourselves after leaving our luggage at Maran during the day. The area was also very secure and perfectly located in the newer part of Cairo, many things were nearby for dining or delivery. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!!

Very beautiful boutique hotel in the new part of Cairo. Very beautifully designed room that has everything you will need for your stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Even though accessible everywhere in the property with good connection, the WIFI in our room was a bit weak and constantly disconnecting, although in certain spots within the room it gets better. The breakfast is a bit limited although for a small hotel it is understandable, I would personally skip the breakfast option especially when there are a lot of gorgeous breakfast spots and cafes nearby.

I always choose boutique hotels, meaning small. I don’t need to walk a lot from my room to the lobby. The rooms are big, comfortable and modern designed. Everything is well thought. The bathroom is well designed and well functional. and if anything happens, they fix it right way. I will definitely suggest your hotel as best hotel referral in New Cairo. Book your room with breakfast; I enjoyed it. Ask for the airport transfer for $25.

Check in at 3pm. I was sleeping in the lobby cuz my flight came early. They suggested I’d relax on the pool, but too sleepy to do anything.

Very nice small and very clean Hotel. Very good mattress, good sleeping quality, good Wifi. Staff is all over very friendly. Pool is clean and nice to swim at morning and evening, you can also take your breakfast beside the pool. Shopping Mall and small restaurants,, just on the other side of the main street, but it is a 8 min. walk to the next bridge to get on the other side of the road, but this is easy to do. All over a very good hotel, which I can recommand at any time. Also very close 10 min. by car from Exhibition center. They even serve drinks all day and night.

While the hotel is indeed very nice with a posh feel to it, the highlight really was Mr. Fady Gerges who was kind, friendly and helpful from the moment of my arrival. Spent 2 nights here and all went very well for me. Location is reasonable if you are there for business (like I was) as it is in New Cairo which is more towards the business hub of Cairo (Cairo festival city etc)..

Nothing to dislike but would just mention that I did notice the water especially in the shower did smell of chlorine which I hope is not a permanent thing. However this should not be a deterrent for planning a stay at Maran Residence in Cairo :)
