The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including being in the lobby to welcome us when we arrived around 1AM, and then again being happy to fix us breakfast in the morning with little advance notice. And speaking of breakfast - delicious, much more than I expected with a continental breakfast, eggs to order, fruit, yogurt, breads, and all fresh and tasty. The location is in a quiet residential area, and there is a large shopping mall just a few blocks away. The room was very large, modern, and very comfortable.

I visited this hotel for a 2 days stay in a work trip and I greatly enjoyed my stay. reception staff was very friendly and helpful. room was clean and the housekeeping were attentive and detail-oriented. The breakfast was absolutely delicious traditional and provided an amazing start to enjoy a day in the vibrant city that is not far from the hotel. I will definitely visit again and it is a place I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the city of Cairo or coming for work. A pones that they arranged my shuttle from and to the airport. Very thankful

I had the pleasure of staying here and was truly blown away by the experience. The room was spotless and beautifully modern, with all the amenities you could ask for in a luxury stay. What really stood out to me was how well-trained and attentive the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is also a huge plus. It’s just a stone’s throw away from a well-known mall that has a great selection of international restaurants and some top-tier brands for shopping. Honestly, for the price, you get way more than you’d expect. It’s a great value for the level of comfort, service, and convenience you receive. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Our group recently stayed at Arabella Residence while attending an event at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, and it was the best decision we made. The residence is conveniently located just a short distance from the exhibition center, making it the ideal choice for anyone attending events there. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire property had a luxurious feel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. On top of that, the residence is close to a fantastic mall with international restaurants and great shopping options, so we had plenty to do during our downtime. For the price, the value was exceptional. Arabella Residence made our trip smooth and stress-free—couldn’t recommend it more for anyone visiting the exhibition center or the surrounding area!

I recently stayed at ARABELLA RESIDENCE and had a generally very positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always available to assist with any inquiries. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast options were limited. Overall, my stay was pleasant due to the excellent service and cleanliness. WiFi was super fast for the work we had to do; the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect for where we needed to be; however, at the time of our visit, they were doing extension work and no banner to display the name of the hotel. It's off the main highway which means easy access to the airport and no traffic; for someone not local, it was difficult to establish how to reach to the hotel from the main road and also when taking Uber whether you go to the main road or from the side road. Spacious rooms and comfy bed and pillows. The close proximity to the High Way means there was some noise from the road and the extractor fan in the bathroom is not isolated and does let cold air into the bathroom. As someone who books chain hotels, this hotel in the same league as branded ones. I had trouble making payment through Booking.com, but my colleagues were allowed into the hotel without the need for immediate payment; the staff / management were so helpful and we were sent a payment link (for remote payment) and that was so easy. Highly recommended and will stay here again especially to explore the new expansion.

There was some noise coming in from the highway but once you are used to it, you don't hear it. Some draft coming in from the window or extractor fan in the bathroom letting cold aid into the bathroom (it was cold during our visit to Cairo)

The staffs were extremely warm and ready to assist anytime I requires help.

The room was not cleaned for one day, after enquiry I was told I was to request for the service. I tend to believe this should be a daily task, we don't need to ask for cleaning it has to be in the plan. Breakfast was same everyday except for the juice they alternated two flavours. The room I was allocated was not what I expected but what I got was equally good. Please provide flipflops and showering cap.
