Accommodation was excellent at the Executive Rooms nice view tasty food clean suite thanks to all the team specially Ms Nagwa house keeping tacking care of us all the stay i recommend pyramisa hotel

Tour of the pyramids organised through the hotel was an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. We felt like we were scammed from beginning to end. Not the hotels fault, just the taxi driver that we were given in the day, we cut the day short so we could regain control of the day

Reception attitude , they need more training (hospitality skills , handling complaints , telephone skills , communication skills) they missed the human factor in dealing with guests .Only focus with system to avoid mistakes and CL.

Friendly staff, food was great, location very central. We didn’t sue the spa but were shown around and it looked beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! So much variety and freshly made waffles and omelette station.

They are allowed to smoke in the hotel so it wasn’t nice to be next to an adjoining room who were smoking as it crept into our room. Concierge the next morning said we should’ve been offered a separate room but the front desk weren’t as good with their English so only sent up a security person to check on us after we mentioned our displeasure. Lost in translation.

The location was very good, very center, close to Nile, main squares, Egypt museum. The room was good and with modern furniture. Room service was good, everything was clean without any 'special aromas'. Breakfast was very good, i'd say. They cooked omlets, pancakes and wafles, there were decent amount of fruits. A lot of buns and cakes.

I can't say any 'very bad' experience. After 'egyptian service' we were always happy to return to our hotel as a stronghold where nobody will chase you or trying to get your money).

We got an upgrade which was lovely and allowed more space for our son to run around. There wasn't that much noise in the hotel either. Breakfast was good and varied Staff were friendly and helpful

I think the hotel allows smoking in rooms which you can smell in the hallway Our bathroom had a leak in the shower, but it was not drastic - can easily be cleaned by towels We had a family suite and when the bedroom door was closed, it would lock automatically which meant that we could not get back into it. We had to call hotel reception for them and fix the door which took around 10 minutes. We were not provided with slippers even though our room booking said we would get this.

The Location was great 20 min drive for all must see, Breakfast is good, Staff was very good , 2 restaurants in the hotel , amazing food at the restaurant.

The strange part is allowing smoking inside the building beside the restaurant area, i felt very uncomfortable , as the air was just filled with cigarette smell than enjoying the food . they already have dedicated place at the pizza restaurant . the room are pretty old and definitely need renovation there was a leak from the top in our bathroom, the curtains either need to be washed or to be replaced .
