I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Hotel Aqua Blue in Hurghada for 5 nights, and I must say it was an amazing experience. This was my first time at this hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my vacation. The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my time there. The facilities at the hotel were also fantastic. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach access was a definite plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was also delicious - there was a wide variety of options available, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. Overall, my experience at Pickalbatros Hotel Aqua Blue was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Hurghada. I can't wait to go back!

It was an amazing experience .. everything was exceptional .. I visited before other Hotels regarding Albatros Group such as Dana Beach, Beach Albatros and White Beach Albatros .. all was great but Aqua Blue was really Exceptional .. special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Karawya (front desk supervisor) for his kindness and support.. also Mr. Mahmoud & Mr. Ahmed Moustafa from the font desk for their cooperation .. thanks a-lot for all the staff at the restaurants, bars, pools and Basem from house keeping crew. See you again in my next vacation إن شاء الله

Really happy that we chose to stay here. my 6 yrs child, thanks to Khaled from the recipient who helped us on the check-in and made it smooth the aqua park is wonderful so many slides for the children and adults too the staff in the aqua park very nice and always looking for your children in case of danger, the aqua park closes at 6 pm so you don't need to fight with your kids to get out of the water to go for dinner The food in the restaurants is very good and there are lots of variety there are 3 big restaurants that you can choose from, there are some options for vegetarians, vegan and low carb Credit to Chief sameh and soltan from Ali bi And Chief Ali and abd elsalam from Mediterranean restaurant At the pool you can get all drinks too thanks to Waiter Mahmoud Mohamed who was making amazing cocktails The kids club was very good we dropped our daughter and she was happy with many activities thanks to Sasha The gym has fantastic good equipment and Mahmoud the gym manager is very friendly and knows what he does The room was always clean thanks to Mohammed the house keeping The atmosphere in the night is relaxing you can just sit down anywhere and you can get drinks and enjoy We were so happy and we will definitely visit again

The beach wasn't good and small not enough for the amount of guests they have also they separate the aqua blu guest in a small area which we didn't like Only one of the staff chief yosrey in the Mediterranean restaurant was rude and ironic out of all the other staff was nice, friendly and happy to help so I don't think he fits in the resort The mini disco played all of the songs in Russians language but I would love to hear in English as it's common language or Arabic the country language

Staff: are amazing, have a lot of patience, great communication and hospitality skills . Cleanliness: exceptional (I mean it) Value for money: it's very affordable for 4* hotel Additionals : you pay for one hotel AND YOU GET AN ACCESS FOR THE FACILITIES OF ALL 3 HOTELS, AQUA, BLUE AND VISTA. Including pools and restaurants (9 restaurants) Pools: you have many pools to enjoy (8,9 I would say) Mr.Mohamad karawia is such a great manager who understood and accommodated our requirements with great patience and welcoming smile

Our stay was truly amazing, all the staff was extremely helpful and always with a smile on their face. We would love to go back at Aqua Blu to have our family holiday. The whole experience was very pleasant and wonderful. All staff will try their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. We received best customer services at reception from “Mohamed Karawia” during the check in process and by “Eid Michael” during the checkout process. Plenty of quality food options available including diet and veg. I must mention Mr.Ravi/Ravinder, great chef who cooked delicious Asian food everyday with an amazing taste. An authentic pure Indian / Pakistani food taste. Our room was spacious and clean. A big thank you to “Orman” – who used to make-up beds daily and leaving surprise animals made up of towels for my daughter. Enjoyed nice option of soft drinks and mocktails, though cocktails & alcoholic options were there. A special thanks to Mr.Osama (at Tandoori bar) and Mr.Ali (outdoor kids aqua park bar) for excellent customer services. The aqua park for kids, swimming pools were clean and life guards were always present to maintain cleanliness in the pools / aqua parks and to attend any emergency.

The Aqua Blu park itself was amazing but they can improve the location of the private beach area and with more food options available at the beach bar

Hi, I am here again in Albatros Aqua Blue to enjoy with my family. It is fortunate that you will find great hospitality and a wonderful reception while meeting all your requests, especially Mr. Ahmed Mustafa in the reception department. Another nice addition is to enjoy the Mega Aqua Park with many themes and different slides that suit all ages and needs with a large number of different swimming pools and artificial waves with bars, everyone in them is pleased with your hospitality. Surprising magnificent Foam show was so funny at wave pool for kids, thanks animation team. As you can enjoy three adjacent hotels at one time aqua vista and aqua park, and on the other side there is the beach for sea lovers. It is also close to the city center for shopping. Really great experience

the food was good. there are many many swimming pools. a lot where heated. also you can snorkelling by the sea.

Good quality, clean, many pools. Very good choice for families with kids: 3 kids pools with many slides for all ages could be found just few meters from our room. 3 restaurants are joint in one building, so you have plenty of food to chose from. Also there are 3 hotels next to each other and you can use all of their facilities, so many pools, restaurants, bars. Overall very good experience.

The beach was at a different hotel on the other side of the road. They provided shuttle bus, but still nit that convenient, we ended up going there only once. The hotel has a Spa for additional charge, it is very overpriced and we had a very bad experience there - the hairdresser made my daughter cry by pulling her hair. The life guards reserve some sunbeds to get tips, so almost impossible to find a free sunbed. The family room has two rooms separated by sliding door, but the wall is not full (not up to sailing) so it is not exactly two rooms , and the inner part is very dark (still good to separate children for the night though).

Great hotel specially for kids, access to 3 hotels meaning all swimming pool (10?), all restaurant (9 in total, 3 in each), commodities. Staff very kind, excepted the one at the reception when we arrived in the night of the 21-22th October. Drinks & food always available. Lot of choice for eating. Slide and 3 different swimming pools are available for little kids and very funny. It was a great stay and fully recommend this hotel specially for his aqua park. Animation on the evening was great, mini disco every day, various different animation for adult also.

We were very disappointed with the receptionist at our arrival at 5am in the morning of the 21th October. He gave us a very bad room (even without for the view I paid for) and without any bath utilities, it seem this room was even not well cleaned, but for sure it was not ready for client! Also, the guy (wearing glasses) was very arrogant, and not so pleasant. Don't wanted to help us at arrival moving room (we know there was still available rooms!). If he doesn't like his job he need to move outside! Very not respectable. Fortunately the manager which was very kind and helpful arrange all the situation the morning after and change our room with the exactly one we paid for, thank you again Manager ;)
