almost everything was exceptional.

what I did not like was that I have called specifically to verify if the private pool room that I booked is totally private and your staff confirmed it to me 100%. I mentioned that my spouse wears Hijab and I am only willing to book the room if it is totally private! unfortunately I was shocked when I arrived that the pool is visible from the rooms above. luckily the staff were kind enough to show me other room options and moved us the next day to another room.

The beach was amazing. The resort is only 3 years old. It is well run, ie all is working well; you can see that it is a german company The staff is very friendly

The pool water is significantly too cold. Eg at 3.30pm the pool was empty as the water was so cold The food is not on the same level as club med. There is loads of choice but the quality level is lower. Overall still good though...

Beautiful architecture and nice gardening. reception staff are friendly. buffet offers extensive selection. a few a la carte restaurants to choose from.

The bathroom in the room had sewage odor. We reported several times but it never went away. This really killed the whole experience. Very limited opening at the a la carte restaurants for reservation. The staff at Cabana restaurant were rude and unpleasant to people of color. Buffet was extensive but only few were tasty.

The hotel is beautiful! The nordic/oriental aesthetic is both relaxing and profession. The rooms are modern, very clean and well equipped with a separate dressing room, and a huge balcony. The breakfast buffet area was spacious, clean and very well layed out. The food quality and presentation was remarkable, and the variety was exceptional, catering to all tastes, dietary requirements and restrictions. Check in and check out was very smooth. However, what stood out most was how the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Excellent job Mostafa and Salama👏

The construction site right next to our room was loud if we went on the balcony. The beach is a long walk from the rooms. The citronella scent in the reception is a bit overpowering.

The breakfast was fantastic! There was a big hall filled with a variety of foods (even ones that you wouldn't normally find in a breakfast buffet). I was spoilt for choice!

The only thing I didn't like was that when I asked for water from reception it took hours before I finally got it

The cleanliness, the property architecture, the room, the stuff and the food.

The location on the beach is not the best in terms of the view. There is ongoing construction to the east and west of the resort unfortunately and we could hear the drilling noise for hours nonstop while on the beach at one day of the stay.

Amazing restaurants with high high quality food.

Stylish, new property, everything is so much comfortable and pleasant. Nice food, warm pool, friendly helpful staff. We came just for weekend, but this resort recharged us like it was a proper vacation. Already miss it!!!

Just two tiny things. The guy that sells tours in the hotel looked to busy and wasn’t attentive and helpful at all (so we bought tours outside). The second, we checked out in the early morning and our breakfast boxes were extremely poor. After all these amazing breakfasts and dinners during our stay we expected something more delicious in the boxes than simple bread with cheese))

Amazing hotel, great location, lot of space, not crowded (hence quiet), super friendly staff and great and tasty food with a huge offer. Service at the (private) beach for drinks, also for windbreakers and towels. Same at the different pools in the resort itself including the hot tubs. Nearly always some food offers, drinks nevertheless especially in the 24/7 Safari bar (which also offers entertainment in the evening). Rooms spacy, super clean, great house keeping staff and superior room service (in-room dining). Beds are super comfortable (firm mattress, but not so firm that it's hurting - exactly right).

The design is nice, big pools, friendly staff.

1. I would add some sand to the beach. 2. Front line places on the beach were not for free. 3. Very big choice in the buffet but not a fantastic taste. Other restaurants dishes were delicious. 4. Too complicated to book a restaurant. We had 3 rooms, and we had to book via web site for each room. Finally it didn’t work. Thanks god, due to the. rain other guests canceled reservations and we got a table. 5. Airport transfer for the suite room was free but for other 2 rooms we had to pay 70 eur. Would be nice if they could do one bus free for all 6 people instead of landcruiser but ok, thanks for what we had. And for some reason, despite all communications and confirmation they didn’t send 2nd car to the airport so we had to wait with a little baby after the long flight.
