The resort itself is very well kept. Plenty of green spaces, well manicured lawns and topiary. The pools are all in excellent condition - all 3 of them, one of which is a quiet, adults only pool. The food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - buffet with something for everyone (salads, international food choices etc) plus weekly food events such as Arabian specialities. The staff were friendly and were excellent with our 4 year old. Evenings there was mini-disco for the kids and then evening entertainment for the adults. The resort is about 40 mins from Hurghada town - we got an Uber twice which is cheaper than using the hotels taxi service (appox £8 each way, compared to their €30!) The rooms were clean and comfortable and the room attendees made us little figures out of the towels - which was a nice touch. There are shops and a Pharmacy on site. The beach is nice and also has a Beach bar. One of the main restaurants is located at the beach and Breakfast is always here too.

By the main pool, it was a bit noisy, especially around mid day when the animation team were doing 'aqua-aerobics' every day. The music volume was cranked up and after the activities it would have been nice for the music to be either turned off/down. I had to request that the music selection was a bit more inclusive towards the guests, not just German pop/folk as most of the guests were from Germany. The a-la-carte restaurants are not amazing - they are 'OK'. We preferred to eat in the main restaurant, but did visit 3 of the a-la-carte ones.

One of the best beach resort we have ever staid. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. The common areas like gardens, pool, beach front and restaurants were organized and clean all the time. the promenade zone were the à la carte restaurants are was the most beautiful thing at night! And the most amazing thing was the staff that was so nice and helpful always wanting to help! We will be back!

Guest relationship team was outsourcing, from east Europe and you could definitely see a difference between them and the rest of the nice staff!

I liked everything. Thanks to all Labranda team but special thanks must go to the animation team guys who were great, Mohamed in Cairo Cafe, Osama and his colleagues in the lobby All Beverages Lounge, Mahmoud in lunch and dinner open buffets. I really admire Labranda Hotels manager (Mr Hedi) style where he leads by example. I did not have a chance to talk to him during this stay but saw him on the stage on Thursday thanking everyone for participating in Thursday's night event and encouraging all guest to come back to Labranda. Well done guys and see you in the winter.

Labranda Makadi Hurghada Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of ​​Hurghada, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms at Labranda Makadi Hurghada Hotel are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of staying at this hotel is the food. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with something to suit every taste. The parking area is well shaded and free of charge. The lobby was big and furniture was comfy and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and snacks at the beach restaurant was lovely as well. The music played at the terrace bar was very well placed and not loud. The beach was big and the water was amazing. I loved the collaboration between both Club Makadi and Royal Makadi. As an overall I don't think the restaurant deserve that low rating on booking; I went there with low expectations but the hotel really exceeded all my expectations.

The sun loungers were not enough as some of the tourists reserve them early in the mornig by putting their towels on them for the whole day. I tried to go the beach as early as 8 o'clock and I could only find 1 lounger. The beach is sandy when its near the sea but as you go far from sea it is very hard and I couldn't walk on it with my bare foot. Dinner was not good and meat was not of good quality. The pool was not heated. A few of the barmen were rude and not helpful.

Beautiful location and hotel area. The Thursday dinner presentation was really impressive and the food was great. The breakfast location is amazing with lots of options and really nice food as well. Compared to Stella Garden, the food is a lot better in Labranda and the general ambiance in this hotel is much more beautiful.

We were only staying for 1 night and were given a room close to the beach. Which would have been great, but the outdoor night club was playing music until 01:30 which was quite loud. The staff during dinner was sometimes a bit slow to provide drinks and cutlery.

It was a good stay, everything was beautiful, the reception was beautiful, the food was very tasty, the food was varied, the place was clean And many thanks to m.Hani Shaaban for helping us complete the booking
