Reception staff - before arrival, the communication was bad. I sent a question. The reply was five words, which did not even reply to my question without any politness formulas (no good morning, no thank you for booking with us, no best regards...). On site, persons at the reception were unpleasant and not helpfull. They did not treat us respectfully. At departure, no one to take our luggages to the taxi. At 250 EUR the night, it is the less expected.

1. Generally good hotel. Food, staff, service on a good level, even where its not, they are trying. 2. More as a family stay. After 10-11pm all gone sleeping. 3. Quite expensive to book here comparing to the prices people pay to travel agencies. I suggest management to adjust the pricing policy, or offer extra bonuses, if bookend here (eg better room). 4. I wouldn't say main client group is even middle class. I'd say lower middle, upper lower. 5. I don't think offering people a bottle of wine for a good review is a good practice, but asking them what could be improved and offering them a bottle of fine as a complement for a honest review. Conclusion: family with a small kids (I haven't seen much grown kids facilities, maybe I didn't notice), or couple for a quite stay looking for a decent place with a limited budget within 5 star category.

TOO MANY BOATS IN FRONT OF THE BEACH

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and so much more. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location is amazing for snorkelling and diving. The hotel beach/sea is full of amazing reef, fish, turtles (soo many) and we even saw a huge sea cow. The food is also amazing at the restaurant and there are 3 different restaurants and even more bars/shisha sky bar! The entertainment each night is high quality performances which we really enjoyed - this is something that’s usually poor at hotels but it was really great here! We did some absolutely amazing excursions via the hotel - they only allow reliable and reputable companies to the hotel to offer you excursions, and they won’t disappoint! Honestly we had the most amazing time at this hotel and the staff were absolutely exceptional. All staff- waiters, bar staff, beach staff, lifeguards, housekeeping, reception, taxi staff, entertainment staff, chefs and servers. I can’t describe how lovely they all were, we loved sitting and chatting with them also and they all made us smile and laugh all of the time. Special shout out to Ahmed taxis from reception and also his exceptional driver Ibrahim, both Ahmed beach servers were great and kept us happy at all times! Mustafa the lifeguard and Mahmoud in the sky bar were both great too and so so friendly! And finally our housekeeper Hussein who created special towel figures for us every single day! Thank you allll for an incredible stay, the staff are truly great and genuinely nice people that work so hard to ensure you have a nice time!

Honestly absolutely nothing at all! Amazing stay, was so sad to leave!

The staff was so friendly, always willing to help you and make the stay as comfortable as possible. And they were all so kind with our daughter. The hotel is very nice, everything is clean and modern, the buffet was great and the food very tasty with a large selection. The bay is beautiful as well, as you can see corals and lots of fish and meet turtles and sometimes a Dugong while snorkeling. We also went diving with the great dive center (scuba world divers - Iberotel costa mares) located in the same bay.

A little minus are the boats in the bay, that bring a lot of tourists for snorkeling and sometimes play loud music.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel was well presented with modern decor, stylish and very clean. The hotel was tightly run with great service at ever point of customer service. Waiting on, reception, house service and chefs. The food and drinks were excellent and some food was so fresh it was prepared in front of you on the grill. The drinks menu was extensive and the waiters kept you topped up. The online app and news letter was a nice touch and really helpful. The house keeping also left letters which were helpful such as a reminder of daylights saving or an invitation to sunset cocktails. The beach and sea at the bay were fantastic. The marine life was as plentiful with highlights such as turtles, lion fish and blue spotted ribbon rays.

The only negative experience we had was getting picked up for a trip. The security wouldn’t let our transportation in to the grounds and we had to walk 5-10mins to the gate. When we mentioned this to the reception manager he said it was unacceptable and did make sure our airport transportation was let in.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

direct access to the beach with access to a natural park with an almost intact wildlife. not sure how long this idyll will last (the hotel opened 6 months ago) as there are every day 10+ boats bringing hundreds of divers and snorkelers 200 m away from the beach, and two new resorts are being built next door. the development does not seem to be sustainable, another Hurghada sprawling along the coast? if the hotel wants to keep its unique selling point it has to be much stricter in enforcing natural protection and making its guest aware of the treasures they have access to (don’t touch, don’t disturb, leave nothing behind and only bring back memories).

a bit noisy in the evening, with music until 11 pm, but on the other hand there were great shows.
