I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights altogether. the room was spacious and comfortable with a good sized terrace, overlooking the gardens pool and we even had a bit of a sea view. the hotel is situated by a fabulous reef and the snorkelling is fantastic. there is a shuttle to get to the beach (it’s only a few minutes walk) and then a few hundred yard walk to access the sea as the sea at beach belonging to the hotel is protected reef. there are 3 restaurants (which you need to book in advance) and the main self service restaurant. there is plenty of choice and the food is very good considering the large numbers of guests they need to cater for.

so many smokers staying in the hotel ! the courtyard waiting area by the spa stank of cigarette smoke as both staff and guests appeared to use this space for smoking.

The snorkeling off the beach was fabulous. The views and sunsets were lovely. The staff was terrific and our room was comfortable, clean and pretty.

There was tons of food but after a day or two, it tasted the same. I could have looked into an alternative to the all inclusive package. I would return to this hotel for the room and the snorkeling

Very zen and serene resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, hard working and clean. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. Best snoring we have ever done and it's right by the shore. You don't even have to take a boat out or go on an excursion to see the most magnificent corals and colored fish. We even swam right next to a sea turtle and saw an eel, stingrays, puffer fish, and lion fish. The water was so clear with an unimaginable beautiful color that changed depending on the time of day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and we are already planning to go back!

Everything was amazing!

The hotel was very nice: the buildings, the rooms and specifically the comon areas including the pools and gardens. The personnel very helpful and nice. Good animation with a friendly and motivated team! It is importnat to mention that due to the coral reef, the access from the beach is forbidden to the sea, which for us was a good news... we are divers and we are in favour of protecting the coral reef. A nearby beach ( 10 min walk from the hotel) offers access to the sea and is an excellent diving and snorkeling spot with a great scuba diving club.

We think that the food , altougth with a big variaty, is not at the same quality as the rest, but once again is nothing to do with the personnnel that is very nice with the clients. Specifically at the beach bar the food is really to be improved at lunch time.

- food quality (cheap and no variety). Not what I expected from Hilton - some of the staff of the hotel were too pushy and annoying. They walk around the pools and try to sell beauty treatments, massages, excursions, etc. It was too much. We just wanted to rest and we were constantly annoyed by them. Furthermore we had to bargain for the non inclusive services of the hotel. I would expect fixed prices in a Hilton hotel. Not transparent. - WIFI : poor connection

The facilities and the staff were outstanding. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great place for couples and families to have fun.

The food needs a lot of improvement. Was very disappointed that such a nice hotel could not provide good and simple food.

Have to go to the public beach to access the sea

The beach is amazing, very calm and quiet. The lobby is beautiful, and rooms are spacious. I enjoyed walking inside the hotel as there are many routes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Many swimming pools each cater to different crowd and some with swim up bar.

There are two bars that open at night and all by the lobby, depending on where your room it can be far. The food is ok and can be improved.

very good all inclusive resort- as you would expect it from a Hilton. The house reef is amazing and we appreciate that they hotel tries to help to preserve it by not allowing to enter the sea directly. the private beach area is very nice and clean, service in the whole resort very friendly. big variety of food and drinks as it is an all inclusive resort in the middle of the desert. Best food experience was fresh fish (for a reasonable extra money) in the seafood restaurant, which was really excellent.

We did several hotels in Egypt and even though this hotel is ranked 4 stars I can assure you that it is way better than all 5 stars we stayed in. Great diversity of food, with several options both international and local. We were upgraded and had an amazing room with sea view. Nice yoga and stretching sessions on the beach. The beach is amazing with beautiful corals and some turtles just in front of the hotel (no need to rent a boat to go far to see beautiful fishes). Nice separation between calm areas and more dynamic ones. Wifi was working extremely well everywhere, including the beach

If I should really say something, : - We forgot our sun protector and we wanted to buy one in the shop of the Hilton (on the beach) but the quality was very poor. Considering the standard of the Hilton they could suggest better brands and organic ones, which are also better for the corals. - We booked through Booking, and despite being all inclusive, the alcohol was not included. - The water of the shower was OK hot.
