Right from the start Nicaise at the front desk was a superstar. She couldn't find my reservation but took the time to look through every reservation where she did find it. Booking.com had put my first name as my last name. When we got to our room we had an issue with the toilet leaking all over the floor, Nicaise promptly put us in another room, right next door so that we would have to move our luggage too far. The head of housekeeping, I didn't get her name, she's been there 23 years, is one of the most helpful ladies I've seen. She helped us carry our luggage to the new room (being on a 3 week mother/daughter road trip we had a lot of heavy luggage).

The leaking toilet was the first issue. Our new room the refrigerator stank, didn't work, and had dark liquid in the drawers but the housekeeper came immediately and cleaned them and offered to have a mechanic come fix it. We declined since we were leaving the next day. So there were issues with the stay but the staff offered remedies for them right away.

Check-in was quick and friendly. The location of the hotel was close to places we needed to go and close to shopping, and restaurants were walking distance. We had a suite, was nice and clean. And a big spacious room. Room was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are doing a great job at keeping the rooms clean.

The entrance to the elevator by 528 smelled like vomit. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The staff was exceptional. Brian at the front desk was great. The cleaning staff was pleasant. Clean room and two comfy queen size beds. Pool was clean. The location was perfect. Accessible to a lot of restaurants. Our daughter is a college student in the area and this is going to be our place to stay every visit.

Thr room was ckean and bathroom had been suoerficially cleaned. The staff was great and surrounding area was nice. The cookies were a nice touch.

The tub shower was old and was peeling near the drain. It did not look clean. Just couldnt bring myself to shower in it. Ended up showering in relatives house.

I liked the manager Brian his assistant (I forgot this gentleman‘s name), as well as night manager Amy and Hunter. during my stay there was some sort of teenage basketball tournament going on and 20 or so of these teenage boys were staying in the hotel. Being teenage boys they would run amok make all kinds of noise and it was very disturbing. Management and the crew did a very excellent job of trying to reign them in.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t open a window and get some fresh air. The windows are sealed.

Amy is the best she has always welcomed me with such a beautiful smile and amazing words the new bartenders were nice but I do miss the old ones that worked there a long time also I wish you could bring back room service someday but anyway I will always stay there every time I’m in town it’s the only hotel I stay at since 2017 I look forward to seeing you all very soon thank you very much for the great service as always

six dollars for a bottle of water? Are you freaking kidding me. And at the price of this room how come no free breakfast. Hilton is out to get everybody’s money as usual.

I was extremely disappointed to be put in a handicap suite. I was there for a Dr. appointment. my drive is 6 hours round trip. I had bandages on my leg that could not get wet. I can only take a bath, leaving my leg out of the water. I would like a discount for this inconvenience. I have stayed at the Doubletree several times. I feel that I was put in the handicap suite because I book my room with booking.com.

The staff absolutely amazing! We came for our daughter's birthday and they helped me plan a surprise for her and decorated the room, provided a present and got a cake for her. They even sang happy birthday in the middle table area. She felt on top of the world and extra special! My pictures don't follow the "location" because I wanted to try and share our experience and it only allows one photo per location.

Oh my gosh this hotel was absolutely beautiful inside & out. the lobby/atrium area is gorgeous. Having a bar & Starbucks inside is fantastic. The rooms are huge and that shower♥️ The bed & pillows are super comfy!! if I could give more than 10 stars ⭐️ I would.
