Check in was problematic, however this was due to a Booking.com error. Once this was corrected we found our room to be clean and comfortable. The majority of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The only negative we have is regarding the quality of the breakfast that was provided as it did not meet the same standards that we had experienced at other hotels during our stay.

I absolutely hated the paper coffee cups with covers that didn't fit and didn't stay on the cup. While putting a cup of coffee into my vehicle the plastic cover popped off and half of the paper cups coffee spilled into the drivers seat. NOT Acceptable!

The facility and room was clean and not ratty. I did not have breakfast bc I checked out super early. Was there for the Mesa Marathon.

The front desk seemed to have some technical issues with the computer which wasn't their fault but it took a while to get checked in. There was a couple of ppl waiting to check in for a while. They were doing the best they could.

The WiFi is absolutely amazing. I have terrible wifi at home so being able to watch something without any buffering was fantastic. The room felt fancy and comfortable for the price and location, and the staff were very accommodating and quick to help.

The walls between rooms are thin so it can be hard to sleep sometimes when people or their beloved animals are out and about. The AC is not a good white noise machine, even though you think it would be. Bring earplugs because they don't have any to provide.

very clean well organized rooms were very nice and clean and the continental breakfast at most. Anything that you wanted for a continental breakfast to start your day off right. Waffle sausage egg cereals juices coffee really good.

Breakfast had a variety of choices! Love it and my kids loved it, they actually ate something. The suite was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

Changing the restroom doors, there is a space in the french doors of the restroom that was very bothersome. Better wifi, I was trying to do homework and I kept getting kicked out. Maybe guest wifi with a passcode, for guests only. Also, the pool was not clean.

The room has everything we needed and more. Staff was helpful when needed. Breakfast was adequate and had some variety.

The keycard didn’t work on the outside door all the time. The television service was odd and didn’t work all the time. There was no information available on how to work the television or get help from the front desk by phone.

Breakfast I did not have. It looked good though. The location was excellent. Everything was close by. Thank you for the puppy stay.

I said good morning to an elderly clerk. He yelled back at me. He was grouchy. Room was reasonable

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.

Ice machine wasn't working on 2nd and 3rd floor. Pool looked nice at night but I was glad that I didn't use it after I saw it in the morning. Lady drunk and yelling in the hall next to our room.

The location was good for what we needed to do and go to. Parking was close and well lit for security. Got extra blanket when I asked for one.

We needed a microwave in the room. The toilet was too low and too loud flushing. The room keys didn't work half the time.
