Complimentary breakfast was good. Near to las vegas strip. 30 mins by walking to MGM grand casino. Hotel was clean. We drive from airport, parking is free in hotel. 10 mins drive from airport. Next block is supermarket and petrol station.

Lighting was dull, only Table lamp.. AC was too much noisy, 2 to 3 times wake up and switch off and restart. On booking.com security deposit of $50 mentioned, but hotel charged $50 per night total $200.for 4 nights.and they didn't give any receipt.When we checkout they said we will charge only $600 from pending transaction but my credit card was showing $800 pending transaction. I hope they will not charge $200 deposit otherwise I have to contact hotel to get money back. No place in room to open the baggage.

The beds and sheets were really comfortable. Fridge in the room. The breakfast was okay, not extravagant, but enjoyable and with variety (from 5am to 9am). Close to the airport. Free shuttle (that we didn't use).

The room walls are thin. First night, I heard a baby cry for an hour (probably parent let the kid cry out to sleep). Because we are close to the airport, we hear planes onto 1am...On our second night, I heard a woman's moaning while having sex at 4am. And next-door neighbor had a constant knock on the wall, like if their bed was rocking against the wall (while having sex)...Walls are rather thin for light sleepers.

The room was very nice with plenty of space for my family of 4. All facilitiesa in the room were fine including the bath, tea/cofee maker and it had a separate closet area to put our bags and hang our clothes. This is not a common feature in other hotels and was a differentiator. So was the separate wash basin (bathroom sink) that was outside the bathroom. This is useful when a family stays in the room as one person can use this to wash your face and brush your tetth and not wait for someone using the bath to come out. Fine concept that must be experienced!

The breakfast was good but could have been better in terms of more choice for vegetarians/vegans. Also, the space for taking the food items is narrow and crammed. Once there are 3-4 people, others can't move in freely. If these are addressed, I would unhesitatingly state that you have a real "value for money" property that I will vouch for coming over again and again and again and recommend to many others too!

The location was very convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle. The a/c was in a good place that it did not blow directly on you as you sleep. The breakfast was nice but a bit early …5-9.

They put a hold of $250 on your credit card for smoking or damage to the room. Also, we were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I told the staff the first time and put my trashcan outside the door the second time but no cleaning.

Breakfast included. Room was cleaned EVERY DAY. I still can't believe it. Room had a safe (which is always a good addition), a fridge, convenient table and a TV.

The only two things which are somewhat negative (but completely tolerable considering the price & the service) is that 1) it's far from main entertainment and 2) the airport is very close, so you hear & see a lot of planes going down. The 2) may be a plus, as some people enjoy the view of a landing plane.

VERY Friendly staff, very clean, large room, extremely close to airport, starts breakfast at 5 which helps for guests catching early flights.

Neither is hotel's fault. The surrounding area is run down. Also, location is not close to the rental car return so staying near the airport to catch early flight turned out to not be helpful for us. If taking shuttle, it would have been fine for a one night stay.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Just a short and easy drive to the airport and only a 25 minute walk to the MGM Grand. There is also a superb Mexican restaurant just next door that does great takeaways. The staff were lovely - welcoming and helpful.

quick and easy booking in at 1.30 am . room was cool . all three reception staff that was around during our stay were amazing. Breakfast was good. easy access to all amenities around.

Shutters weren't great at blocking out the light and don't know what was kept in Administive room next door but it was banging every few minutes. Bottled water could of been made available in every room,

I would like this hotel and ALL hotels to speak loudly about how easy or hard it is to WALK from the airport to their door. The BW McCarran is about a 20 minute walk from Arrivals at LAS.

Somebody should do something about the arriving at 2am but computer says I can't check in until 3pm. You know what I'm talking about. It is unnecessary stress.

It was my second time staying there, good as remembered. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport, less than 5m drive. And it is 10-15m drive from the convention center. They offer free shuttle van between the hotel and airport. You just call them to ask for a pick up after you arrive at the airport. The breakfast is just alright though, very limited options due to COVID. Generally speaking, I was very happy with my stay, and I will stay there again for sure!
