that bed! so comfortable!!! and the room was spacious and clean. Dion checked us in and was so nice - at midnight after being on the road all day - it was nice to be welcomed by someone so personable and warm. the location was perfect right off I- 95 and near anything you might need.

the only issues we had was the rust in the bathtub in 609- use some CLR and it would clean up. the room was clean though so it was cosmetic only and not major. and paying $170 for a night with no breakfast included ( which we did know) was a bit much - but understandable.

I love the Hilton Garden Inn...perfect location. Shopping, mall, movies, restaurants...just awesome. Love seafood?? Go to Croakers Spot on Old St. LoRd Have Mercy and thank GOD for good food!!

Breakfast was ...ummm not good and I say so because breakfast is my favorite meal and that's the only reason why I didn't give a "10"

Worst breakfast options EVER! We have stayed at $69 per night hotels that have a better breakfast - FREE! Not only that, but $9.95 for very light options and toaster that did not work. Fruit, bagel or croissant, coffee or tea. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BREAKFAST.

Hotel and room was clean/comfortable, and expectations were met. Hotel was close to many food options and stores which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Noise coming from the hotel's HVAC system outside could be heard in our particular room which may be annoying to some people. Didn't affect me since I'm not a light sleeper.

The staff was just amazing. They were super nice and helpful.

Not having a complimentary continental breakfast was not ideal for the price of the stay. So adding that expense made the stay too high.

The moment I walked in it smelled fresh, clean and crisp. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. An thermostat was in our room which helped make sleeping a breeze.

There was no air vent in the bathroom to help with smelly boys and foggy showers.

bed was soft, lots of towels. The extra pillows I requested were on my room when I arrived.

The night staff I had Kristina wasn’t pleasant at all. When I called to ask for extra pillows she said my room wasn’t paid in full, went through booking.com, and I had to call them to see what was up. They called the hotel and she wants going to let me have the room because of a .49 cent difference on her end… very rude.

The breakfasts was not good you could improve on breakfast not worth the money

I did not have breakfast. The location was off the main I-95 which actually made it nicer, yet it was still in an area where it felt safe. The property was tucked away a little bit, which was good; it was beautiful pulling up to it, and once inside it was very clean, very comforting, especially after a long drive. My room was exceptional. Even the corridor leading to my room was clean, quiet; it just felt clean, comfortable, and safe. Quiet night, relaxing, and comfortable. Highly recommend. The staff was great as well -- there, efficient and helpful, unintrusive; made me feel welcomed and that my business was very much appreciated.

At checkout, I had to wait several minutes as a Guest asked question after question with only one person there to take checkouts. The phone rang too, and the staff person answered but had to ask the caller to please hold. Another couple waited behind me. I would have liked to have seen another staff member available to accommodate those of us standing in line, as well as the caller holding, so that the checkout process could have been faster. The Guest asking questions was being particularly slow and asking, in my opinion, needless questions, but he had a right to ask his questions, I just thought the hotel management would anticipate that and would have planned for it by scheduling or assigning someone to step in to help the waiting guests.

Great location off I-95, easy to get to next to a mall, with restaurant options right there. Good breakfast.

There was a loud wedding that night, with some boisterous guests in the hallways. Price was a bit high, but I wanted to stay in a decent place.
