No microwave in the room

The main reason we picked the Summit Hotel was its location being on the main road which made it easy for our tour transportation to pick us up & drop us back. There was also the convenience of having a mall and several restaurants downstairs from the hotel. Price was fair value for our accommodations. Just FYI, the manager on duty on 2/23, as well as the folks from security took excellent care of my wife during a sudden medical emergency. It was a big relief to have an RN nurse on hand. They seemed genuinely sincere when helping her.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 and 4 nights stay. Our room had the incorrect checkout date. The registration staff person fixed the issue the following day but then our room card-key had to be re-programmed 2 times before it worked properly.

- Location was good because it's right inside a shopping mall, meaning finding groceries or food is convenient even if you don't feel like going out too far - Room was comfortable and sufficient for our needs - From the hotel, it is easy to take a taxi or Grab to wherever you want to go

- Nothing much to dislike as generally everything met our needs, especially for my room, but my friend did find a cockroach in his room, and his door had problems closing properly, but I think the issue was resolved

one mouse crossed the cafe when I was eating and the airport transfer is overpriced compared to a taxi ride (280 pesos vs. 1000 pesos)

From the moment my group of friends entered the lobby to check in to checking out of the hotel the next day, everything went smoothly and the ambience was fantastic! All the staff were so lovely and friendly, and more than happy to help with my enquiries including booking a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for my group of 7! My room was spacious and comfortable, clean in all aspects including the bathroom and had everything I needed for the short stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Summit Galleria Cebu!

looks like new but it is already falling apart. the door needed to be fixed because our key didn’t work. the phone in the room did not work. the toilet paper holder was hanging by a thin thread. the faucet was out of place. the toilet flusher was stuck. the view was poor. the breakfast buffet is expensive more than P500 per head.

I had been booking to this hotel every time I go home and with families, this place super exceed my expectations, very comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious, friendly staffs and quick to respond to questions and requests, excellent choices of foods at breakfasts…waiters/waitress and hostess are very friendly and quick to respond to needs…Summit is at the great location where you can be anywhere you want when you want and where you want to go!!!! My fave place to go, it’s my third home when in Pinas.

Nothing

Great location, easy to reach from the airport and close to the Pier 1. It is connected to a mall with many shops. 24 hours reception, check-in and check-out speedy. Room was a decent size with all the amenities needed and in-room controlled AC. There is a nice bar/breakfast area, gym, and pool. Since I only overnighted, I didn't use them.

Only one bath towel per a person. It would be nice to have a face towel too.
