First of all, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Housekeeper who found my wrist watch and surrendered to the lost and found section. Wi-Fi and Air conditioner malfunction

The location is strategic. The staffs from front desk personnel and the rest are cheerful and helpful, or rather upright as professionals.

I wish i have time to volunteer in the laundry service to demonstrate that saturating the bedsheets, pillows, and towels with fabric conditioners is not the way to cleanliness. The smell of conditioners has almost filled my lungs, and is as if sticky to my skin. Pillows could be treated with uv-light or placed under the sun for 15 minutes each side. I don't care if the bathroom is not sparkling, but at least some obviously creeping molds could have been soaked and cleaned with vinegar or mild detergents with a brush.

Convenient, staff were so quick with the order and the receptionists are friendly, wanna go back in here, the place is astonishing and keeping it aesthetic, Lovely beautiful, wanna go back in here with my boyfriend again

Wifi is way too far, consider putting wifi extensions to every room so that everyone can use the wifi in every room but its fine at least the mobile data was faster in the location

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Free wifi is good, staff is very helpful and efficient, and they even have good food on room service

Water was off and on a bit this time, but that's just the Philippines for you

The room size for its price is exceptional. A well secured parking space for the car. The security guard was very helpful & accommodating.

I was told towels & foot rug/doormat for T&B is given upon request only. Front desk associate when we checked in wasn't smiling and didn't explain anything what to expect in our room & the facilities(like the towels & rug & the elevator) Not sure if it's bcoz she was tired.

Cleanliness of the room and good customer service. The location is very accesable.

My stay was very remarkable and beatifull. with very approachable customer service and staff.

We liked how spacious the room was and how comfortable the beds were. Also, everything about the room is nice. Plus, we were provided with bath essentials.

Hmm, things we didn't like were the shower because it won't turn off properly and the water coming out will not immediately soak us. Another thing were the towels, it won't absorb and dry us immediately.

The place has it's own restaurant and gym plus it's near the malls and such

The bed wasnt too comfy, the water in the shower didnt have hot/cold option plus the water pressure was really low.

Cost outweighed many of the shortcomings. Staff was polite and helpful. Bed comfort was sufficient

A better desk space would be nice for travellers when they are using their laptops.
