The room is spacious, i like that it is carpeted. I like the toiletries, OMG smells tremendous & relaxing. The front desk during check in Mr. Arief very kind & thoughtful, cheers to you. The bed is comfortable & quiet at night. Overall, worth the stay.

The lobby / entrance. Unload & loading in a hurry as it is at the main road for other cars. The water heater. It can get too hot though it has been set the cooler side. The swimming pool is 1.2meter, no kids pool. Quite disappointed as my kids love swimming pool and I expect more for this price.

This is my second trip.i adore this hotel as my pit stop before going to long journey from south to east coast. Unfortunately this time,my aircond not function well.there is no bath liquid in my room.. We felt very very tired that why we very lazy to call the room service n maintanance.. We use to be hotelier..so we know how it suppose to be..hope this hotel will.improve more.. I like this hotel eventhough slight in from the highway..but its ok.

The ambience was great and value for money. Breakfast was very good. When I checked in, I had a problem with my Mobile data connection as it had expired. The check-in staff helped me with it and it helped alleviate my anxiety as I was riding to Frasers Hill the next morning. I had to rely on Google Maps. This is the second time I have stayed in Selayang Mercure and will certainly come back if I am visiting KL in future.

The toilet design in the room with the door made of glass and slight open on the top edge .. no privacy while doing your business there .. and water from the shower leaked to the sink area everytime we took shower..prefer normal shower toilet design which totally isolated from the bed room The room insulation need to improve.. can hear tenant next door running water and passing by the alleyway During my stay refrigerator not working room 602

The room is unexpectedly comfy, very nice to sleep after a long day shopping. Now Mercure Selayang is one of my top list to relax. It is perfect if there is a bathtub.

Whenever I have weekdays break, the booking apps show the rooms are full. Not to be said unhappy, but feeling uncomfortable when the lobby staffs showing facial reactions toward Chindian.

Location is fine. Easy to access. Room is good & spacious. Restaurant is excellent, love it.

It is not that i don't like but to access a different level is very troublesome. We stay with family & friends and it is very difficult for us to travel from 1 floor to another floor. Perhaps next time if staying with family & friends we should inform the reception & the reception could open the access to other floor as well. Just suggestions.

We arrive very late at night so we couldn't really see or utilised the facilities but the front office was extremely helpful. I made a call as we were stuck in the jam and wish to know whether our room request can be done and they said its done. A quiet room away from the lift is just what we need for a good rest. Upon arrival they gave full explanation especially for the sahur food.

Food for sahur. Unfortunately the rice is too oily and the taste of char is a little too much to the point its bitter. We received different menu than what we have chosen. Luckily one of the set is not spicy.

Value for money. Stay and buffet breakfast at affordable price. Hotel located near to restaurant. Easy to have dinner. Love the KL view from the pool. Can see all 4 skyscrapers.

Can not use the hand shower. Only the ceiling shower is working. The toilet bidet is not user friendly. Also, the toilet floor is level with the sink floor, water spill outside. The room carpet need to clean more often and cleaner. There were a lot of food mark on the carpet

Very comfortable bed, good size room. Easy check in/out process. Nice view from room over roof tops looking towards city. Easy car parking on site.

The in room fridge has a glass front and blue light that is bright throughout the night and needed to be covered up. The shower could have been cleaner.

Considering the room rate of slightly over RM200, we were generally pleased with everything but the bathroom, which has no bathroom door - meaning no privacy, especially when you aren’t travelling with your other half.

The room has no bathroom door and no hooks in the shower room to hang your clothes and towel :(
