Rooms were good standard and clean. 2 cots for our babies were provided with good bedding (not always the case in other places) Breakfast buffet was good, nice selection of hot and cold (not good coffee but rest was good) Food on ala carte restaurant menu varied and generally of good quality (expensive for Warsaw standards but not overly) Bar had a good selection of drinks and good service Pool and facilities were clean and good for the family

Parking is too expensive - for guests it should be free.

Very nice hotel - clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious room. Super nice outside area, including rope park in the wood, children playground, golf field + mini golf facilities. Walking and breathing fresh forest air in the autumn is just amazing. Absolutely great breakfast (buffet), variety of choice, all fresh and tasty. The swimming pool is nice, an appropriate water temperature, not too cold for children. Hot saunas (wet and dry)!

It was cold in the changing room of SPA area. Just 4 deck-chairs next to the pool, we had to put our towels and robes on the floor :(

Location of this resort is amazing, its close to Warsaw but still feels like you are far away from city and in the middle of the nature, resort is located on huge estate and next to the river which is also accessible to hotel guests through a private gate. Its a family hotel with lot of things to do for the family which includes Swimming Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi, Spa, Mini Golf, Play Area for kids and possibility to rent bikes. We took breakfast plus dinner option in booking. Breakfast had a huge variety and also live cooking of pan cakes on weekend, on one of the nights we have dinner buffet and other we had an option to choose an appetizer and main course from the menu. Room size was quite big with a living room and big bedroom, there were two washrooms in the room, main washroom had both shower and bathtub. There were balconies in both living room and bedroom with outdoor furniture. There were big TV's in both rooms with an option to connect to different OTT apps from your phone.

On one of the dinner our server in the restaurant forgot about one of the main course, she remembered about the order only when we reminded so the chef tried to make the dish in rush which was visible in the quality of the dish, this was the only negative point during our stay, rest everything was fine.

No slippers and bathrobes(whatever) One day restaurant denied to attend buffet on dinner only a la carte. Towel heater was not working in room.

Breakfast was excellent, nice, quite room with great view, friendly and helpful staff. Shortly prior to this one I stayed at Holiday Express Inn at downtown Ottawa, ON an I have to admit that yours is better even though I'm Canadian. The Ottawa hotel was great too, but I liked yours better.

The Wi-Fi service coverage is a bit uneven and occasionally sketchy. It clearly has difficulties with handling the current load, some updates/improvements might be a good idea.

The restaurant and F&B team are amazing and professional.

The reception team were not efficient to get me my room upon arrival and had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I had an issue with a lost bag at the airport, the reception team did not help on this except for a lady called Magdelina "I think" who tried all her best. I thank her.

The food was fantastic! We had HB set up and never regretted! Nice surroundings to have a ride or a walk. Very good pool.

We were put into the room for disabled and the specifics of the bathroom were not comfortable for us. There were some items missing in the room upon arrival, such as bathrobes and slippers. The hotel doesn't provide vanity sets.

Swimming pool is good for kids (warm enough + not deep). Also there is a weekly program of events

Wifi was a bit slow (around 15mbps according to speedtest) and disconnected randomly. Not all restaurant staff could communicate in English (there were guests from S. Korea having a bit of a struggle to communicate with waiters for example)

Great resort, very welcoming and caring stuff, delicious food and excellent SPA facilities.

During evening parties outside it is noisy up to 1-2 AM. Could be a disturb for families with little kids

Lovely suburbian area location, staff was friendly, rooms were big and clean, pool and saunas nice, wide selection for breakfast. Our kid received a voucher to choose between a free drink, snack, souvenir or an ice cream.

English was not spoken/understood by everyone (especially at the restaurant). TVs did not work in both of our rooms (they fixed it fast). An overview of available activities could have been promoted in a better way. A clock with Moscow time behind the reception desk??!!
