The hotel is quite comfortable in all its spaces. The room was huge, very clean, and with nice furniture. The bed was quite comfortable. The walk-in closet was very useful to organize my stuff. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was very varied, with plenty of tasty options for all kinds of tastes. The Wi-Fi was stable and strong, so it allowed me to work from my room without any glitches. The location of the hotel was quite convenient for me, as it was located next door to my workplace for the days in Addis Ababa. The staff of the hotel was super friendly all the time.

Though I had requested the airport shuttle service, it seems due to a miscommunication the driver was not there on time. So I had to take a taxi until the hotel. Not a big deal, but not what had been agreed beforehand. The postive side: the hotel manager apologized for the issue and compensated me with some tasty treats and with a a shuttle service back to the airport on my leave. That aside, the only thing I didn't like in my room was the placement of the toilet. It was located so close to the sinks cabinet that it made it a bit uncomfortable to sit.

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist. Security was important to the hotel.

(1) More variety in breakfast to accomodate foreign guests. (2) could not bring food or beverages into the hotel... even items such as wine which was not intended to be consumed during stay at hotel. Latter items had to be left with front desk staff.

The room was okay, the breakfast was awesome and very clean environment. The staff were hospitable. The location was convenient as it was close to my workplace. The meals were good too.

There was a certain smell coming in the room from the bathroom that was very discomforting. The menu for the restaurants do not have some simple food e.g. snacks

The staff was incredible! Very efficient and helpful. Manager, Tewodros Taye met me at the door each day and asked me if he or the staff could serve me in any way. First Class service and exceptional leadership! Bellman, Adane Argaw was VERY helpful with my bags, keys, advice and assistance But the best employee in the hotel is Reservations Supervisor, Afomiya Tadesse! She is easily the best hotel employee I have EVER seen. Fast, efficient, ALWAYS available to help. Made this a phenomenal hotel experience! She is a born leader and would make an outstanding Manager or executive-level leader. One of the BEST I have ENCOUNTERED. I travel to Ethiopia 3 times a year. Please promote her, and keep her……..absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Breakfast buffet needs fresher and hotter food and more options. Cooks who made omelets were outstanding

Location is good, I liked that they upgraded me, appreciate that, thank you. The breakfast was on point,excellent, so much choice, great start to the day. Security is good,sometimes a bit to much, but better to much than not enough. No problem with transport to get around,Plenty of taxis just outside the property .they also offer a shuttle service to the airport,which is a good touch. I would definitely consider staying there again. Loved the art work on the walls.

The security made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it is what it is.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle from the airport was a nice bonus. The location is good, the hotel is very close to the UNECA area. Room and bed were comfortable. The hotel provided toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, shower cap, slippers. The breakfast was very good, all kinds of food, both international and Ethiopian traditional. A nice bonus is the spa and the gym.

Lights in the room were very dim, the room was dark.

A 5 star hotel in line with the norms posed to a 5 star hotel. Most aspects are meeting the expectations, but there are three elements above expectation: 1. the personnel is really nice and helpful, I got a free room upgrade 2. WARMED pool and sauna are great and included in the price! 3. Free and safe airport transfer included in the price

Breakfast was fine but stuff took forever to deliver when I ordered tea or coffee. Needs improvement. Seems they were failing to cope.

Poor service of breakfast staff re tea service Rooms clean but carpets rather stuffy. Today most hotels are replacing carpets with tiles then have rugs. Easier to maintain.

Friendly staff. Flexibility on check-in and check-out times. Excellent free airport transfer. Spacious room. Very comfortable large bed. Likewise chairs. Bright welcoming public areas. Nice quiet restaurant on the top floor. Excellent access to the United Nations compound where I had a meeting.

Wifi often disconnected in my room and then had to sit in public areas for (good) internet access. Various machines in the gym were broken.

Wonderful staff, especially the manager Nati, who was very responsive to our needs. Location also excellent with many restaurants within a safe walking distance. Great ro have the gym, sauna and swimming pool at the hotel. Piano player in the evening was a nice touch

Nothing particularly stands out. Perhaps the gym could do with some more benches
