After staying here for a week I can highly recommend the hotel. Not only are the staff members extremely friendly and excellent at service delivery, the hotel amenities are excellent.

While the internet is good, the WIFI signal keeps dropping and the internet connection is thus unstable. This was experienced by me and a few colleagues, so was not device specific. Despite this, it should not deter you from using the accommodation when staying in Addis.

All you need for a regular business trip is available on the room. Internet is fast. The concierge was very supportive and attentive! The complimentary airport shuttle services was great. It took me about 15-20 minutes from and to the airport. Pick-up after the arrival was immediate.

Staff sometimes seemed to be quite reserved, so I had the feeling they wanted to avoid contact. Breakfast is rather average, as there are not too many options and food quality also was rather average. Staff in the restaurant only sometimes was attentive. The furniture in the room is a bit worn but everything is funtioning.

The breakfast was good, I enjoyed it, the only issue was when you run a little late and there are limited options. I organized a special birthday cake to be presented to the room, this was done very well. They sang pleasantly and were genuinely happy to do it. Other services in the room were great.

When it comes to service during breakfast, the staff are not bothered to direct or offer options and one had a negative attitude during our stay. Otherwise the food was good, staff need to be engaged in providing service during breakfast time.

It was very nice inside of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked to use the gy, sauna and swimming pool. All in all I was quite satisfied with my whole stay.

Even with earplugs and closed windows it was still very load. The noise from the main street and the music from the loudspeakers of churches around at night bothered me when I wanted to sleep.

I like the fact that the hotel was so considerate.They managed to consider all my requests which were to have an airport shuttling service as well as an early check in since my flight was an early flight.

I did not like the fact that some of the restaurant staff did not understand English to the extend that they ended up delivering wrong food to my room.I asked for roasted or grilled chicken and they delivered chicken with soup.

All the team is very friendly and helpful. kudos to Mr Hailé and Mrs EMELES . even the coffe maker at the entrance 🙃☺️

carpet dirty needs cleanness or to be renewed cockroaches in the bathroom.. maybe ask the room service to be more sharped during cleaning ++we lost internet for 12hours .. it’s was uncomfortable even though the team was trying their best to resolve the problem

The staff. They go out of their way to address any problem you have, even if it's not their usual duty. The gym is well equipped. The facilities are well maintained.

The hotel failed to provide me with airport shuttle though I requested, and they confirmed.

Everything was just perfect with this property. Staff were very helpful especially Fitsum and the cleaning lady on 7th floor. I would definitely stay in the same property in my next trip to Addis.

WiFi was really below expectations.

My stay was comfortable; they have a variety of delicious food and traditional restaurant too. The spa is up to the level for an enjoyable time with a warm swimming pool.

The location is not near to the main area of bole or shops where you can go out and enjoy the city side.

The stuff to comfort the safety Ness, cleanness, and the gym, spa, and sauna almost everything
