i feel like the waitress at the garden Cafe are the only one, not polite and disrespectful. one of them told me that i talk too much, while i was chatting with my gf. everyone else there is nice and friendly

Excellent helpful staff. I arrived early morning and staff offered an upsell to a suite. They managed to negotiate a discount so I opted for it. Suite was very nice and was happy to see 'Shattaf' in toilets. Staff were consistently helpful i.e. in arranging the tennis session at the Hilton. The hotel atm swallowed my card and staff made arrangements to have it returned the same day. The ambience in the lobby is attractive. Airport drop off was good and convenient.

Would have been nice to have a fruit basket in the room. At least for a suite. At times one arrives hungry and doesn't have time to go for a meal. I had dinner in the restaurant upstairs but was not impressed by the quality of the food. Breakfast next morning however was good.

Super nicely designed hotel in the center of Addis. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, rooms nicely designed with all amenities that one would expect. The hotel bar is buzzing on the weekends and always has a good crowd to catch up with. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I booked transport at reception for an early morning flight and the staff confirmed. Later when I heard from another guest that the roads would be blocked the next morning for some security reasons, I inquired with the reception again and they confirmed the situation, so I was able to change by airport transport. Obviously the hotel didn't bother with informing guest affected by that, so luckily I was informed by the other guest, otherwise I'd have missed my flight.

Ambience, simplicity, beauty, friendliness, food and items sold quality, music, cozy, safe, reliable drivers. great outdoor pool. It felt like home.

I liked everything. perhaps the spa requires renovation, it needs to be sealed from outdoor/street noises. the massage was great though!

Over all the property is good along with the amazing staff and specially Ms. Miskar front desk she was very helpful and supportive during our stay, and appreciate other staff too.

The location was acceptable

The hotel was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was large and well stocked--with water and sparkling water, coffee and tea--as well as bathroom amenities. Wi-fi was good and the pillows were wonderful.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

Prices for everything seemed excessive (especially breakfast), strange humming noise in my room not related to ventilation
