My room was very new and spotlessly clean. I was on the second floor and the balcony was great for enjoying the evening or morning sunrise. Hot water was plentiful and the staff were very nice.

Since my flight arrived very early, I was at the hotel around 9am. I was told I’d have to wait till 2pm (5hrs) to check in or pay an extra 20% to check in early. I thought this was dishonest because either the room is available or it’s not. I walked to Wailoaloa and had lunch and came back around 1230pm and another staff let me have the room. Fortunately the rest of the staff were excellent except for this first impression.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect, so many restaurants, bar, also a market nearby. A little bit noisy outside but the sound insulation is very good. The laundry service is also convenient.

Someone in the reception gave me the wrong information about the breakfast is included in my room, and the staff in the restaurant didn’t check before I order the meal. They ask me to pay for the breakfast after I finished. The most ridiculous thing is I’ve been finished my first breakfast without the pay, but after few days they change their word and ask me to pay. And during my 16 days stay, It happened twice that the house keeper opened my door even I’ve put the do not disturb sign on the door and I’m still in the room. I’ve notified the reception when it happened first time, but still happened the second time.

Its a new property that is well maintained. Convenient location and amazing helpful staff. Good wifi speed, ac in the room works perfectly. Walkable distance to jetpoint- for food, supermarket etc needs The restaurant downstairs offers nice food with friendly staff as well. The swimming pool is a much needed feature available at the property - great for a mid day/morning/evening dip. Especially would like to recognise Nanise/Nancy - amazing reception staff who is very caring and helpful- a true example of Fijian hospitality. She was very prompt with all my requests and provided good information on nearby restaurants/local areas to visit.

1. The bed sheets could be replaced more often 2. At the pool area, there could be a small roof creating more distance /barrier between balcony of the rooms above and the pool below - a suggestion for improvement in the structure.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional!!!! So welcoming, full of ideas of thing to do, eat or drink when I needed a recommendation. They made my stay so enjoyable! The location for food is also great with some fantastic restaurants nearby and a supermarket just not even 5 minutes up the road. The rooms were comfortable and tidy with a good sized fridge for large water bottles.

The location to this hotel to runway, however its really obvious when you book that it's located at the end of the runway and wasn't anything I wasn't prepared for. But if you're a light sleeper (which I'm not), this probably isn't the hotel for you. I wished my room had a microwave or somewhere close by to get breakfast that was open to accommodate for early tour starts but wasn't a deal breaker.

This hotel is amazing. Brand new hotel,open for 3 months, lovely and helpful staff. This was the best option for me before my flight,as I was looking in the area just to rest for a couple of hours and at the other hotels the prices were completely nuts or having poor reviews. Initially,I was sceptic because this property didn’t have reviews but after I got there,I understood why - brand new property. I also needed a taxi at 5:30 am,the staff arranged that for me (taxi fare to the airport ~10$ fyi). I truly recommend the hotel and I hope they’ll do well in the future. 

No wifi in my room, but I asked for a router from the staff and they provided one.

I like that its new, facilities are all still new. The staff are amazingly friendly. I do hope they stay like that.

I was only there for a night so I could not make use of all their facilities. I saw a few treadmills but I did not enter to make a full review of the gym. I saw the pool, even though small, it was cute. I would also appreciate extra towels, face towels and gym hand towels.

I loved the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel was on the flight path, so it was noisy, but not really much of an issue. What was an issue was the neighbours behind yelling and the three barking dogs. Admittedly my window was open too.

I loved that the hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool, is near a couple of restaurants, close to the airport. The staff were so lovely and helpful too. I loved that there was a doorman from time to time, a lovely treat.

The location was very good, restaurant within the building, a coffee shop next door, a convenience store open 24/7 just a little further down. There are also clubs just within walking distance so was good not to need a taxi after a night out

Modern, simple, clean and efficient, comfortable bed, good shower etc. There is a small pool which I didn't use, but handy to have. Friendly, efficient staff. Convenient city location on main drag near lots of eateries and bars, convenience stores etc - good for an overnight stay prior to flying out. Mercure complex is opposite.

Booked a room with balcony but no balcony. No biggie, but worth mentioning. Beside lamp(s) would be a good addition to room.

Room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool area was simple, but also very clean and the water was beautiful. Restaurant downstairs, but also walking distance to bars and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Further out of Nadi main town than I expected (halfway between Nadi Town and the airport), but still very easy to organise a taxi to see the sights.
