It was noisy at night being near front and reception and deliveries Dogs barking woke us in the night The air con was temperamental Attitude of staff in bar next door was below average we felt like we were a nuisance asking for something Beach was grey in colour not very inviting Pool was ok but small and it seems to come up windy the couple of evenings we were there

in a hub of a handful of hotels all with restaurants and so close to Nadi and only about a 15 minute drive to port Denarau (about $30FJD each way by taxi). the staff were all beautiful and lovely, especially the reception staff. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bed was lovely and soft. The in-house beauty centre was also amazing. House keeping was always around and made sure to ask us whether we’d like our room cleaned/new towels etc which was so lovely.

The food at the bistro was a bit hit and miss with some things being quite nice and other things not so much, we had a few issues with making customisations to food and a few other hiccups with the bistro.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed into the air conditioned reception area with mint-cooled wet towels and Fiji water on a very hot day. We got an early check-in and got free drinks while waiting. The room was very well kitted out and had everything we needed. We had a stunning view of the sea from the 5th floor. The restaurant was very handy as we could order and bring food back to our room for the kids. We loved the pools, particularly the small one which had plenty of shade.

Not much. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, but that's expected.

Best equipped apartment I've had for ages - dishwasher, full sized washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, drying rack and balcony. Microwave, toaster cutlery etc. We had a nice sideways view of the beach which also made it quiet. I can see that the front facing rooms would get some noise from the bar. They have a generator so when the power cuts out the generator automatically cut in - that is abit noisy - but preferable to no power in my view. The staff are lovely as expected. You need to book the free transfers both ways . We were late getting off our flight - our bags were some of the last off - the driver had left with other passengers but left messages with both the info desk and other drivers that he'd be back in 20 min and he was. The restaurant is fine - its one restaurant basically the one on floor 6 (nice view) the one at the pool level on this property - and the one next door (which does breakfast) are all the same. We stayed 3 nights - if we'd stayed longer I'd be looking for a more interesting menu - but frankly that's rare in Fiji. Service was fine - its Fiji - nothing moves fast - but I don't think we ever waited more than 30 minutes for food.

The Ramada was fabulous. In the Wailoaloa Beach, it was centrally located and perfect for our 5 day stay. The room had kitchen and laundry facilities which made it perfect. The restaurant had the best view of the sunset and the entire beach. The staff were always helpful and the General Manager's, Wednesday night arrival drinks and canapes were an added surprise. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the supermarket up the road was equipped with everything that you could possibly need.

Spacious rooms with kitchen an washer + dryer. Very friendly staff, especially those working in the lobby. Excellent chef and servers at the rooftop restaurant Club 57 & Bistro, the food was excellent!!! Complementary airport shuttle was a plus!

Beach Shack Bar & Grill restaurant was terrible. Service was rediculously slow and my husband never received the drink he ordered. There was no excuse for such bad service. Food was not worth the price, it was mediocre at best. Left the restaurant thirsty and still hungry.

Great start to our trip having our booked pick up transfer from the airport with Ramada ready and waiting for us, driver was very friendly and professional. Loved the service from staff, they were lovely and very welcoming. We booked a 2 bedroom and one bedroom apartment. Clean rooms, spacious with comfortable beds, we couldn’t work the TV’s but wasn’t too bothered as we were only there for 2 days and busy doing other things. Restaurants downstairs was great, bit of a wait for service and our meals though the food was amazing. Beautiful scenery and enjoyed meals whilst listening to island music. Wi-fi excellent. Would definitely book with them again!

We loved the staff here, very friendly and helpful. The Restaurant had amazing views. Our room had great views too. It is close to the airport. Taxi to Denerau is currently $30fjd but there is a lot more happening in Denerau with day trips from the port. If you book a trip though they will pick up from Ramada as part of the cost. The days trips are worth doing out to an island. The pool was under maintenance but next door's pool was available so this didn't matter. You could exchange money next door at Smugglers Cove but probably not the cheapest but very handy.

Quite pricey but most of Fiji appears to be now.

Excellent self-catering room. Nearby supermarket made shopping easy. Only a short taxi ride into town and a shuttle bus to the airport. The you could book any tour there and get a pick-up from the front door. Very helpful and genuinely friendly staff. Good restaurant on the 6th floor with great views. You can also have drinks/light meals out the front facing the sea. The hotel had a small area at the front withing the decked zone with white cleaned sand where you could set up a chair and young kiddies could play. The hotel swimming pool was nice for those who didn't want to go in the sea. WiFi signal was strong and consistent.

The beach front is typical of some volcanic islands, the sand is grey and coarse. Water was a nice temperature but stirred up so you could not see your feet from waist deep. The visibility was not good for snorkeling but OK for playing in the shallows with kids. To enjoy good swimming/snorkeling you would have to go on an island tour for 1/2-1 days.

The room was not cleaned and ready when we were told to wait until 2:30 pm. When we were given the key to go to the room, it was not cleaned, the bed was not made, the room was full of curry smell. The dishwasher was dirty, kitchen bench was not cleaned and has curry stains.
