I was here many many times and in general this is a great hotel. I'm a bit sad, that not all rooms has tea/coffee in the room, but you anyway will get a nice quite place, really comfortable with an access to waterpark. There are many hiking trails around, beautiful nature, good food and nice personal

Please, return back tea/coffee stations back to the rooms. Maybe it's available only in some rooms, but would be really nice to have it everywhere

It is great that the spa was included in the room price. The beds were comfortable. The location is really breathtaking! The pizza at the cafe was tasty too at a good price.

We received an animal room (we didn't have an animal with us). The decorative pillows and fabrics were stained. The bathroom was a bit weird with an old looking shower curtain.The hallways look very rundown, and the carpets in that particular hallway were a bit dirty.

The Spa area was excellent! Pools were super clean, cozy decoration. Especial mention to the lights in slow river pool. The amount of chlorine was just right, not irritating the eyes. The showers and locker room were super clean. Confortable, cozy, and fully equipped chalets!

The breakfast was not at the same level of the Spa. It could be improved.

Sauna and swimming facilities were excellent and varied. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. It is possible to rent men’s swimming trunks for 5 euro (cannot wear boardshort-type swimming shorts in the pools) and they have a good range of larger sizes (6XL at least).

It was a very good and affordable stay in line with its rating. No major issues.

The best thing about Imatra Spa were the different pools that were great for my 8 year old daughter. As she can not yet swim perfectly she needs assurance by reaching the bottom. There were plenty of places where she could swim which can not be said about most spas in Finland.

The rooms could have some renovation.

Perfect location to have a rest outside of city and enjoy Finnish nature. SPA is good and big enough. Hotel is pet friendly, but you should pre-inform staff about it (extra charged) in advanced as number of such rooms are limited.

As hotel is located near Saimaa lake, expect voices of seagulls. Also mosquitoes and midges can disturb you during summer period, be prepared for outside walks.

The entire property is bit tired. The pool area could use updating as some of the water features were not working, some tiles were loose, the general look of the pool area is old. The rooms could also use an update and especially the mattresses.

Not so crowded when we were there and common areas were spacious and clean. View of the lake is very nice and surrounding nature is very beautiful. Staff was really hospitable and very welcoming. Spa area was ok, with lots of different water massages to choose from. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was good. Buffet restaurant in the lobby was good, both breakfast and dinner.

Room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, some hair found on the floor. Showerwall was just about to break, glad it didn't. Furniture was little bit outdated ie. the chairs...

The chalet apartment was perfect for our family with a lake view and private sauna. We enjoyed the spa facility, especially the swimming pools. We went bowling and played games in the large arcade game room.

Spa, sauna, breakfast, room with a separate area for children. Kettle in the room, tea, coffee, cocoa, bathrobes for everyone. Small refrigerator. We have been staying at this hotel for many years and now everything is as good as before, but the SPA is better.
