Everything was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast facilities are bit small, but it was very ok. Simple nothing fancy. They welcome also pets so i will definitely stay there next time also. Free coffee and cacao is available around the clock. In our room we had some cups and kettle. It is possible to heat food up in 2.flooor shared kitchen and also use dishes. Close by is very nice lake an Manson with nice garden

GreenStar Hotel's location in Jyväskylä was very strategic. It is really near the city center and the train station. Surprisingly, even with the strategic location, the prices aren't steep. I love that you can self-check-in and that there is a free coffee, tea, and hot water station in the lobby. I also love the shared kitchenette and the fridge lockers (this fridge locker thing is very novel for me). I am also delighted that bikes can be rented for free, it made our tour around the city easier. Above all, their staff is accommodating and pleasant.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location, parking, a silent room with darkening curtains. This is a hotel where we will come and stay again.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, the bathroom smelled of male perfume and the kitchen applies were not dirty, but not the cleanest they could have been. The darkening curtains did not cover the entire windows.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The location is pretty good, close to the center. Parking is easy although the spaces are a little narrow. There were a lot of empty parking spaces when we were there in July. Pets allowed for a fee of €20/stay. Friendly staff.

We didn’t buy breakfast because it felt overpriced considering how small it seemed to be.

Very good location at the edge of the city center. Clean, fresh and newly renovated hotel. Service is really friendly, fresh locally roasted coffee available until nine in the evening Bathroom is really compact, but definitely good enough.

No window blinds even when the windows are to the East: it was really bright during a night in late May.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfy but pillows not good. Shower pressure was good. We also like the fact that there were options to seperate the rubbish/ recycle but I would label the different colour bins. We didn't know what different colours mean.

We didn't like the pillows. It felt like they were not sleeping pillows but for decoration.

Nice ecological approach. Nice large lounge with coffee and tea. Really nice beds, even the third bed. Good system with fridges and kitchenette. Nice breakfast. Fresh atmosphere, nice friendly staff. Nothing extra but (almost) nothing missing.

It would have been nice with a sauna, but that's not something very ecological of course. Some marmelade (of orange or some finnish berries) would have been super.

In breakfast area no signs for food what allergen to they contain one what they don't. For only some food was written about lactose, but no marks related to the gluten. This is very bad for people with celiakia

location, walkable to everything, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable (how to fix the washer)!, free laundry, exceptional breakfast, personal greeting when we arrived, (thank you for the anniversary chocolate) good conversations.

We loved everything.

Easy walk along 1 road from train station, maybe 5-9 minutes. Free tea and coffee, printed my travel docs for me, lobby shielded from weather for auto check in, umbrellas, (did not check out if there were free bikes), food good for the price, nice dining/workspace areas, well-designed rooms, free powder dryers and washers, microwave-mini kitchen in corridors. Chromecast.

The corridor doors are awfully noisy when auto-closing, on steel frames, wonder if they can sort that out because that was the only and major fault. The bathroom could have a tray in shower for shaver but that did not turn out to be a problem. I was in a twin room and suitcase had to be on floor but fitted.
