Room itself (402) was spacious, clean and had the necessary amenities. Scandinavian clean could be a good description. Beds were comfy and have nothing to complain about not being able to sleep comfortably through the night. Bathroom fits the same description: spacious, clean and functional.

The view was nothing to cheer about, small window to the parking lot. Another small complaint is how Scandic as a chain should re-design the recycling bins in the room, they are just small and completely useless for anything that cannot be pressed into a small size.

Having travelled for 10 days and stayed in many hotels, this one was the best! Car parking facilities were plentiful and in the hotel grounds. Room was well designed. Every detail had been carefully thought out. Lighting was perfect (not always the case in hotel rooms). Comfort and safety considered throughout the whole hotel. Staff were professional and very helpful. Location of the hotel was within minutes walking distance to shops, etc. Breakfast was really exceptional and the layout was well planned. We be back again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. It was full of so many options and the food was tasty. The bed was comfy.

The chain lock for the door can be inserted improperly, which I accidentally did and almost got stuck in the room. The bed was great, but I found that the pillows were too thick and made my neck a little sore.

Excellent hotel in every way. Lovely rooms, spacious, quiet. Great swimming pool and gym. Very friendly staff working there. Excellent breakfast. Good positions in the city center. Lovely place to relax and the lady working in the lobby is a sweetheart and does anything to make you happy. You will enjoy it. I surely did it.

The Scandic Station (not to be mixed up with other Scandics in Jyväskylä) is newly renovated and has good price for the standard. The room "Standard Family Three" was spacious for two. The breakfast was very good. Wide variety (especially of bread), very attentive staff. The location five minutes by foot from the station and close to the pedestrian area is perfect. When we stayed at a clearly more expensive hotel in Helsinki we missed the Scandic Station.

Nothing to complain!

The location is perfect , but how could it not be. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast works.

The pillows are huge and there are no options for us who like to sleep with a minimalistic pillow. The breakfast did not include Kallen Mätitahna.

The hotel was good, I was traveling for work and was everything super nice :)

We just can order food (room service) from their restaurant in certain times, which sometimes is not super good

Location was good, a short walk from the city center, the room was roomy for a hotel and the breakfast was great. There was enough room for our toddler to sleep and roam about.

The toddler bed was a bit broken but worked and the beds weren't that great for us to sleep.

Family room was big and spaceous. Breakfast was good. Spa was nice and had this intimate light. Overall it was very good and we reccommend it.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner :)

Breakfast was great. Dinner was beautiful and tasty. My husband loved Finnish beer what waitress was suggesting.
