We liked its proximity to the airport and shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk staff and driver were nice and polite, the room and bathroom were big , and amenities like toiletries were included. Aircon inside the room can be self adjusted to our preferred temperature. There are restaurants and a convenience store just outside the hotel and a train station nearby. Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay or when you have an early morning flight to catch. Coffee machine is available 24/7 in the lobby.

The hotel has very dark hallways, and the room lighting was dim. The room style is outdated, and there were computer monitors that were still in the room that was broken for quite sometime.

The property is literally at the airport well almost like 5 mins. This is why i chose it. They have FREE shuttle to and from (shuttles in pm from airport start at 3pm so plan accordingly! Free breakfast till 9:30 am (very generous time) but i didn’t make it -sleeping in my preference lol.

Its a bit outdated. and away from Haeundae Beach but $23 cab each way. I preferred to be away from it.

I chose to stay here since it was conveniently close to the airport and they offered a shuttle. The room was super larger considering the amount I paid for it. I love that there were 2 washers and 1 dryer available to use. The bathroom is large with a tub and a separate stand up shower. Honestly after staying in hostels for 3 weeks prior, I felt like a spoiled princess in this room.

Location was perfect, right by the airport. The hotel itself was clean and the room was well appointed. The bathroom was amazing, large jet tub, rainfall shower. Plenty of space for two people. We left before breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Staff was courteous and professional.

Very close to the airport, there are many small restaurants nearby such as sushi and Korean food. The room was very spacious. Free hotel shuttle takes you to the airport.

Breakfast service is free but it starts late so it is not useful for early fliers.

Big room very clean.

Baggage storage is unattended. They have a camera in a conference room where people leave baggage but is not active supervision so i was no confident leave my bag there. Receptiom heater off during winter it was painful to wait taxi there.

The location was great. Just steps away from the metro, and close to the airport for an early AM flight. There were restaurants near by. Shuttle to the airport was on time and fast.

Not sure why but all the lights came on at 2AM! The hallway was dark.

it was great! The room was very big and I loved the free espresso machine!

I did not like that the tv in our room didn’t work and the switches for the electricity didn’t work either!

The description of the rooms and size of beds was unclear. It was much better than expected. My granddaughters enjoyed the Karaoke room which was unexpected. The bathrooms were huge.

Ease to get to Busan airport using the hotel shuttle. The bathtub was amazing with disco lights at the bottom.
