The room is huge and location was super. Especially the front desk staff they are amazing and could speak English. Very helpful as they assist us to book a bog car to the airport which price is way cheaper if u book via Klook app etc.

The flush in the toilet is very weak. Room without the air purifier which made it stuffy and dusty. The bathroom is big however if they could install door to the shower and toilet that will make it easier for each of us to use the bathroom rather than 1 pax at a time

I liked the little thoughts that the staff put into welcoming us. They prepared a gift with handwritten note knowing it's a birthday celebration trip. Service was superb. The check-out time is 11am (which is slightly earlier than many hotels i.e. 12pm), and it is chargeable if you need an extension, but they gave us complimentary late check-out for the birthday celebration. Also, room is clean and tidy :) Toilet is spacious and come with essential toiletries.

if I absolutely have to nitpick, it will be the quit cover which seem to trap heat.. not sure what it is make of, seems like there is some sort of plastic within and it got so hot that I woke up from the middle of my sleep 2 out of the 3 nights..

The hotel provides free simple breakfast on weekdays inclusive of bread, cereals, eggs, cup noodles and fruits. The front desk staff is gentleman enough to help us carry our suitcases into the trunk of our airport taxi.

The location is slightly far from subway station if you have heavy luggages with you. The lighting in room is a bit dim but not to the extent that it affected our stay there.

For us, the strongest point of the hotel was the confortable and big room. Besides that, the staff was friendly and professional. I liked a lot our stay and and I can say that I found it to be excellent value for money.

The hotel is in a central area, which is good for getting to the train station or for staying between tourist attractions. It is important to say that this is not the most charming neighborhood in the city, such as those close to the beach. For our group it was worth it.

The hotel was well situated. There were two metro stations about 6 mins walk on either side of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate toilet and a separate shower area ( very spacious). There was a kitchen type area on the top floor with microwaves etc which was useful and free for guest use. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond.

no safe, no closet, only a very small rack, very inadequate for two people. The walls seemed to be thin as we heard toilets flushing from other room at all odd hours.

-Great location, a lot of restaurants in the area and shopping mall across the street, close to Seomyeon station. -the hospitality of the receptionist, mister Kim Yeong Hwa was exceptional -the room was clean and had a big shower -rooftop seating was nice because we couldn't find a restaurant offering outdoor seating in the area

There are bad reviews saying you had to throw toilet paper in the bin, but that was the case in whole Busan so I don't blame the hotel. The only negative would be there are a lot of hotels with similar names (Brown dot, Busan business hotel etc.) very close to this one. Hotel is on Kakao maps just under Korean name so be careful ordering taxi etc.

The room is very spacious and clean. Room is quiet. No street or hallway noise. Hotel is near 2 train lines. Lots eating options within walking distance of the hotel.

Bed is pretty hard. Shower water temp is not stable at times. Shower water pressure is weaker at night. Need luggage rack. Need full length (only one mirror above sink).

The hotel room and toilet (bath tub and standing shower with nice toiletries provided) were very spacious. Nice sofa. Desktop available. Huge TV! The flooring and beds were heated, so it’s comfortable walking around and getting into bed. Slightly tucked away from the busy streets, its location was very good as it’s a short walking distance to Lotte Mall and Seomyeon station. Eateries were everywhere. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Not enough wardrobe space for 3 of us to hang clothes, especially during winter. It will be good to have hanging hooks also in the toilet.

We could cedck in slightly earlier wich was great. The receptionists are amazing, they elped me buy a ticket that I couldn't. A-Lin and Liam were the best. Big thanks! The room was big, extremely clean and well maintained. The view was also lovely.

The only thing I did not like was the heat. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 9th floor it just hit me. It was quite hot in the room as well, it was great with the A/C but not the best solution at night.

Very spacious room with a room just for the toilet, and a seperate room for the shower. Staff were very sweet and held onto our luggage when we needed to explore since we could not check in yet. Loved that they had a computer available at the desk and that they cleaned daily. Also has a nice rooftop lounge area.

There are many Brown Dot hotels around the same area, so really make sure you're navigating to the right one as it can get confusing for a non-Korean speaker (I visited two before reaching the right one)
