Quality Inn & Suites Greenfield I-70

I loved the muffins and cereal. I was never patient enough to wait for the waffle maker, but I'm sure they were lovely. I also really loved the juice machine selection!

The floors were pretty scuffed up and dirty, mostly in the halls, but also somewhat in my room. There was a lamp and a bathroom light that kept flickering, and the wifi was TERRIBLE, but it was also stormings so I do understand that. The problem is I was there to also get away and get some work done, and I just couldn't do that with your wifi connection so I had to spend all of Friday at a relative's house to get that done, which was very inconvenient when I was paying for a hotel room.

Pet friendly, beds were comfortable & room was clean, staff was also very, very nice!

Our room however, had a strange odor, smelled like dirty sweaty socks! Couldn't quite identify the smell & because we were there for a funeral, we had other things on our minds so just decided to buy some Lysol spray, spray the room down & deal with it! Also elevators would sure be handy for those roomed on 2nd floor with mobility issues having to carry luggage up & down stairs😉

That the front desk gal informed us of a coming storm Rain, Wind and Tornado's and what we can do for protection. I have never been that close to a tornado but felt comfort in knowing a plan! We did move into the front desk area to watch the News waiting for the storm to hit and getting to a safe place when the warning would come..we were spared.

There was not a good breakfast offered to with people who have issues with gluten. Try to offer some protein staples. eggs, bacon or sausage. We ended up with coffee and went to breakfast before we left town

although an older property, the maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel was top notch. if all Quality Inns where like this location, I would never stay anywhere else. EVERYONE I interacted with was polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and SO clean! They were so kind and accommodating to my dog that travels with me. can’t say enough positive things about this location.

The king mattress was pretty damaged. The whole middle of the bed was sunk way down so when you slept on it it was like being in a bowl. not so comfy:)

There are multiple comments saying that the breakfast options are not good. I disagree. There are waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh oranges and bananas, microwave egg and sausage biscuits, bagels, bread to make toast, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, juice and coffee. If you want more options there are several restaurants near the hotel.

The hallway carpet needs cleaning or replacing. There is no elevator so difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs, or impossible for some people.

It was conveniently located and the staff was friendly. The facility was clean.

They had been slammed the night before, our assigned room wasn't cleaned yet. They put us in an alternate room, the mini fridge didn't work, the jacuzzi worked but but didn't seem to work properly. I wasn't too upset about the mini fridge as it was just overnight, but I was disappointed about the jacuzzi.

right off the highway find me a parking so don’t drive by it like I did lol, great location. Good restaurants few minutes from the place. there is a Bob Evans breakfast place in the same parking lot.!

Location was right off interstate. Even though their truck was delayed and supplies were limited, they had food available for us to start the next day of our journey and did not rush my grandchildren even though we were late and barely made breakfast! Thank you!!!

No complaints -- hotel and room met all expectations. Good value for budget hotel. Clean, comfortable bed and linens, plenty of room, well maintained. Can't comment on breakfast - we decided to go elsewhere, but assume it was standard for these hotels.

Reception by a mature gentleman was wonderful. He was perfect for his job and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Best part of our stay.

Rooms need a bit of sprucing up. Fine for us on this overnight road trip stay.
