So nice! And so clean! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The bathroom mirror had Bluetooth?! Super cool lol room was spacious. Very happy with it!

The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting. Especially in the bathroom. Getting reseda for my events was hard because the lighting made it really hard to do makeup and see clearly. Really really dim. Also for SUCH a nice hotel, I found it odd that the Tv wasn’t a smart TV. And I didn’t have a channel list! Also the fact it’s next to the music venue sucked. Parking was scarce and the traffic just to get .5 miles to my room took 40 min.

Very close to our venue/concert we were attending! Very clean and decorated nicely and modern! Front desk service was attentive and very friendly! The room was spacious and our bathroom was very nice! The Bluetooth mirror was a great added feature! Very quite and the bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was we believed to be included in the room stay. Morning time came went to order and was told it wasn’t? We still ordered and the food was very good! It was quite on the expensive side though! The other issue was the older gentleman working the bar area was pretty rude! Basically ignored some other guests, seemed really not to care ?

This is a beautiful hotel. The suites have a separate seating area with a TV, and then, a sleeping area with another TV. The bathroom is spacious and the walk-in shower was great.

This is a small issue, but the placement of the microwave on a low shelf was inconvenient. Mostly we were disappointed with the breakfast arrangements. Only coffee is complimentary. There are 3 fixed price meals at $10.99 each....pretty steep if you have a family! Toast is $3 and a bagel is $2. Comparable hotels like Hampton or Hyatt provide a breakfast buffet at no charge. Seems like lots of folks would be glad to pay a few more dollars for the room and have breakfast provided.

Location is great. Everything seemed new and clean as far as rooms and hallways.

Only one working elevator (one was out of service) in entire building- no service elevator so employees were using the one elevator to take up large linen carts while everyone else was waiting in line for the elevator to be free to check out with luggage. Would have taken the stairs, but we were on 4th floor. Also, hot tub was down- completely empty with caution tape around it. Also, pictures are misleading of the pool- it’s the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen. I think they raised the prices for the weekend. Lots of events going on and price at $244 for one night is way too much.

The location was great. It was close to the roads we were traveling. It was near excellent food and gas choices. Ashley, who was at the desk to check us in, was excellent. She was friendly and helpful and patient. Check out was easy.

The hallways and elevators were very warm and humid. The weather was hot and humid, but the halls and elevators seemed to not be able to keep up with the humidity and heat. The rooms were comfortable and the size was good, but one of our rooms smelled of smoke and the other room cooled down but was very humid.

Room decor, bathroom mirror with Bluetooth, sitting area and bed area both had TV's, coffee pods in room were delicious, room was very clean.

We were supposed to check in at 3pm, but our room wasn't ready until about 3:45. When we first went to check in we were told they didn't have an estimate of how long it would be before our room was ready, and they would call us if we went to wait in the car. They didn't call after half an hour, so we walked back in, waited in line (again), and then was told our room was ready.

The king suite was very nice & clean with plenty of room. The hotel was quiet. Location was great for food and shopping. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was a bar, restaurant and snack area which was great! I also left my temper pedic pillow there & they offered to ship it to me ups or fed ex. I would definitely stay again but I will make sure the hot tub is working as soon as we check in next time!

I reserved the king suite mainly for the hot tub. I sent a msg to to make sure it was working properly & I was assured it was. Well it wasn’t. It kept over heating and shutting off after 10 min and then take 20 min to restart. The jets were weak and the dial to adjust them did not work. So basically we had a large tub. They did offer to move us to another room but after getting in, then back out to call for help then back in because we thought it was working again, but it wasn’t we were over it and it was late. I was very disappointed.

Love how everyone was so nice and accommodating because they gave me the wrong room when I know what I ordered was correct but they fixed it right away with no extra charge which I shouldn't be charged for the wrong room that I didnt make because I even called the resort to confirm what I got but when I got there it was wrong but they still fixed it they were all very nice but the bed wasn't too comfortable for us both!!!

The bed wasn't comfortable the jets in the jacuzzi in our room were not strong at all they didn't help us at all so I feel that is something that may need to be updated on otherwise beautiful room!!

Cleanliness and comfort are my main concerns. And the room did Not smell of cigarettes. I stopped here on our trip to the East coast and when returned to the Midwest because of the cleanliness and comfort.

I had no issues. If the price were discounted a bit more that would have been great, but overall, I recommend this hotel if you want a clean and comfortable place to stay. Access to food is very close by.

The room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionist at check in was friendly and very helpful. We used this location to do some laundry and the hotel had everything we needed including a stash of quarters to change for you! The Barman was also really friendly and good company! The hotel was a great venue for us as we were meeting friends in Fishers the next morning.
