The male front desk receptionist was very helpful and personable.

Noise from the street was audible. Our room was in the front of the building facing the street. The microwave would not work correctly, it would run for 2 seconds then it powered off, and also caused the TV to power off, which required a 15 minute reload for the TV to start working again.

The staff are top tier, very friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times during my home renovations along with other hotels nearby but so far this has been the best. It’s clean, ac works great, the rooms are nice, colorful and cute. I feel safe, the parking is good and free. Even the breakfast is good and free unlike a lot of hotels around town.

Great location for us. Room was large and had a sofa which I liked. And staff was great.

Construction in progress. We were warned about this in advance but it did impact us a little.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were large. The parking lot was also ample.

The breakfast bar had a regular display of "fresh cut fruit", actually canned fruit cocktail. At least put out some pineapple and sliced orange.

The breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast easy morning. The time for breakfast was exceptional. Great breakfast experience. Thank you Hampton Inn/Houston/Pearland.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of cold & hot foods. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Kim & Rose @ the front desk were exceptional. They professionally and even cheerfully accommodated 2 slight changes I made without missing a beat. I'd stay here again just because of them.

Great location - close to lots of shopping and restaurants, all the staff was helpful and friendly, good breakfast & choices. Our double queen was clean and roomy.

The phone didn't work, and there was a problem with the heater/AC in our room, but it didn't affect our stay at all. In fact, we didn't even report it.

The front desk clerk who checked is in was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had secured a King room with study through Booking.com, which the hotel didn't have, but it was ok this time since it was just my husband and me. Booking needs to refund the difference to us since the double queen was only $104.

The host Bridget was very nice and helpful!!! The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable I love the smell of the Clean sheets high five for the cleaning personnel!!! Thank you Hampton Inn for a wonderful stay i will be back again. Thank you, kerri Williams

Overall nice. The pool and gym were clean. Breakfast was decent (free, so can't complain).

Would have rated higher, if not for the fact that they decided to test their fire alarms the morning before checkout. Even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, they still came to knock in order to check the smoke detectors in our room. I honestly didn't understand why it couldn't have waited until after we left (1 hour later). Other than that, our stay was not bad.
