It was in a good location near plenty of restaurants and literally walking distance to a Walmart. For the price I paid the size of the room was well worth it. plenty of spaces to sit, relax and eat. In my opinion it was very clean. The A/C was in a convenient location, and it was adjustable and got plenty cold if you like that. My room had a TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, an iron, decent room to hang clothes, and a desk with an Ethernet port if your I need a using a laptop.

The only major thing that I did not like about this location was the fact that the parking was not 100% gated up. But I did not experience and sketchy individuals nearby during my stay and my vehicle was well within view of my room. The only minor thing was that my bed did not have a comforter on a sheet. I personally did not mind, but for others this may be very inconvenient. Walk in shower had the shower head very high so for shorter folks it may be difficult to adjust where you want it to spray, and it had no place to hold on to inside the shower so may be a bit slippery/dangerous for older folks. I personally had no issues with it.

Location was terrible in terms of taxi to the airport after midnight. Location was good for convenience shopping and fast food. Phone carrier was 5 minutes away to purchase a phone plan or SIM.

Getting a cab at 2 am to the airport was very difficult. The staff assisted but was not able to get a receipt needed for reimbursement. Needs a secure wifi connection not the open unsecure internet connection present. I used my data as opposed to the unsecure wifi.

Our 3 queen bed room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a working fridge and microwave and the heater/AC was also working really good. The staff was really nice. Walmart was just across the street in walking distance. Starbucks was also just down the road, which was perfect so that we can grab a coffee before we hit the road.

The only thing I didn't like was that the restroom got really cold, especially at night, so we had to leave the door open so that it can warm up.

I liked how the inside felt nothing like the outside. Even in the lobby. You expect just cool little motel vibes but get inside and feels like you're in a huge name hotel.

Some of the cleaners were so rude. Possibly due to the language barrier but laughing out loud as a person walks away cause you couldn't understand me saying "Towels" will make me wanna turn right back around and come your way... A bit more aggressively then I sweetly did the first time

Really, really comfortable bed. Large room, nice bathroom, good value for money. Good location near Johnson Space Center and Tanger Outlet Mall.

The breakfast buffet is not being refilled during the morning, so very little food and drinks left if you arrive for breakfast at 9. The airconditioning is quite loud.

Lovely, decorated comfortable room.The manager was outstanding, we needed to get back to the airport the next day to catch a bus for a cruise. The manager took us instead of us having to get a cab. He really took care of us, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat near the hotel. We would stay here again for sure, great place!

The girl at the desk was new from India, she had communications problems. She was a nice young lady, but was not good to be let alone in the office. Also no breakfast, just coffee, some prepackaged danish, cereal, and possibly boiled eggs would have been nice. I know covid makes it harder to serve, but there are ways. I have been to other hotels that have figured how to serve.

The area is quiet and close to shopping centers. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The receptionist made a photo copy of my credit card. I asked for the copy back and I was informed that I could not get a copy. The extra door lock was missing on my room door.

Hotels very updated rooms were unbelievably clean. Staff was very attentive to the needs. Have a nice little store up front in the office would decently price amenities. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Overall great experience very close to many stores food, banks. Good experience overall

Business center is right up front along with the breakfast, right across street from Walmart and small shopping area. Hardworking team and newer ownership; seem to take good care of property

Had a really strange occurrence one night when someone was knocking on my door. The place is well lit but all doors are outside and anyone can walk up. I called front desk and he looked outside and stated person was gone

everything was great. I had a flight out of Hobby at 530 in the morning and your hotel was a perfect distance with the right price. Thank you

We had reported that the freezer did not work.. but after really looking at it, found it was NOT EVEN ON.. For some reason the staff had the frig CUT OFF.. Why would anyone do that???? not complaining but why ?
