The room was pristine, and quiet. Check in was quick and effortless

The check out was very very confusing at the front counter with the staff person. After My reservation was made I received a text stating that my reservation was charged on May 30th for my/our June 2nd arrival. So I'm not sure wht the front desk told me that I had no record of payment. When infection I had a Text confirmation receipt!!

This is our second stay at a Home2 property and as a family of 5, they are perfect for us. Love the huge room length counter space for everyone’s things and the very comfy beds and linens. The couch can be separated by a curtain which is nice. Very spacious bathroom, a real fridge and freezer and dishes. Substantial hot breakfast offering, not just pastries. Good location between Minute Maid and Galveston.

The ceiling/floors seemed thinner at this location, so if you are a light sleeper that may bother you. I could hear when someone was just walking above us. They have Neutrogena shampoo (smells bad) and shower gel dispensers, but no conditioner which was unfortunate.

Coffee and grits could be better. Overall , a very good variety for breakfast. Loved the atmosphere and the layer of the lounge area!! Perfect!!

LAST MINUTE notification that the room I booked was not available, stating I could cancel or be moved next door. Nevertheless, they made up for it with finding another room at the same facility.

This is our second stay at this location and we have been happy both times. The hotel is conveniently located to the things we need to access in the Houston area. The staff has always been helpful and nice. The king suite allows us to close the bedroom door when we have family come over to visit while we are in town. There is enough space for 5-6 people to watch tv or play board games in the living area.

No complaints. Everything was fine!

very surprised with lobby, very clean and big, when we opened the room or suite is was very clean we had two queen beds one sofa bed, tv, many space for storage, a big freezer, dish washer, utensils, cups plates even stovetops with pans.

the price for the washing and drying. but is still ok.

We liked how you guys give your residents a directory of the facility, popular places,things to do and etc. Love how y'all got all the good channels, the shower the view the whole 9, it was nothing about our stay we didn't like.The front desk people was also nice and friendly.. We enjoyed our stay.

We liked having a living room and kitchen area separate from the bedroom in our 1-bedroom king suite. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I called to see if we could check in early, as we arrived in town 45 minutes before 3:00. The lady on the phone said our room was ready and we could check in early for $10. I've traveled extensively and have never had anyone charge me for checking in early if the room was ready.

property was very clean and had a very pleasant clean smell to the facility. The staff was very helpful and the room was so cozy. Will definitely be back.

I had a king suite free upgraded for same price of queen I booked since it was unavailable staff was very prompt and professional in communication and whole experience was enjoyable - Exceptional breakfast varities and cleanliness

very clean, responsive staff, reasonably good breakfast. I had shifted from the Holiday Inn Express next door and that was an excellent decision - for more or less the same price.
