On duty manager behavior. He was very rude at the time of solving queries.

The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

Nothing at all to mention. Highly recommend this spot.

Incredible hotel! Definitely one of the best I've been to anywhere, I would highly recommend it. Having stayed the following night at the Radisson Blu in Pune, the Conrad was 50% more expensive and WELL worth the extra money. The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very well appointed, including an actual bath, the staff are amazing, the hotel is breathtaking and the food was exceptional. There was a huge array of options for breakfast, although the western food was mainly catering towards Americans with a sweet tooth rather than Europeans, I guess they know their customers.

The hotel wouldn't allow a wedding photo shoot, which seemed dumb. It's free publicity, and isn't social media free marketing for venues?

Food and service at Coriander Kitchen excellent. Service slow on one item (a fruit platter)so we had to cancel it. (Perhaps he thought we wanted it for dessert, but he did not ask.) The beds and the pillows were comfortable, but I wished for a top sheet because the comforter was too much warmth. Staff at reception was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. That was the best part.

The room was crowded, too much furniture, what use are those big chaises? The electronics were too complex, we proceeded with guesswork, still needed a tech to come up and get us on Prime Video (which soon turned itself off), another tech to come up to turn up the temperature, as the range of choices for guests was too limited. He needed tools. The interface with all objects was NOT user friendly. Why can't there be written instructions? Why can't there be simple light switches? Why are there no USB plugs since that is what most people need for the things they carry when they travel? Why no instant coffee? Why did nobody explain how to work the elevators? Why no elevator down to Coriander Kitchen when old people with bad knees hate stairs?

The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. Food was generally very good. Facilities were adequate and easily accessible. Location is very central

The check in process was a nightmare due to booking.com having a ridiculous policy of having to supply the card the booking was made under. For business trips this is not feasible as staff generally do not have access to the company credit card, this made it very difficult to book in and caused other issues with regards to paying for food and incidentals.

Everything from the service to the staff and them checking up on how things were all great. The staff have a keen eye for detail. Absolutely gorgeous property with a super comfortable room. They made sure they took down our requests and fulfilled them. They made sure they went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. Definitely coming back to Pune just to stay at the hotel again.

Everything was great. No complains of any kind. If I had to actually get into highlighting something I think every time someone opened the next door or shut or knocked on the next door the sound could be heard in our room. That was the only thing that was a bit of a trouble especially since we are light sleepers.

The property is clean and located at a short distance from the airport. The staff was extremely accommodating to many requests and courteous. From Ravaan at the front desk to Kunal who dropped us off at the airport, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m in Pune.

The reception staff were really welcoming and Nanda Mallick was really helpful with our onward travel plans! My big thank you goes to Assam the manager on duty with his huge help and Uber I got my pillow safely delivered to our hotel in Mumbai. I might also say it’s well worth paying for an up grade to a better room on the executive level 🤩 there are lots of pluses!

I’ll keep it short but the pool staff were not very attentive!

The Conrad Pune is a top-tier business hotel with all amenities required to feel like you're at home away from home. The rooms are well-appointed, cozy, comfortable and have the latest technology for domotica. I upgraded to an Executive Suite this time as we used the meeting rooms for a corporate summit and the advantages made it worthwhile and more cost-effective than reserving the meeting rooms separately. I must say the 'regular' rooms are just as nice, just without the extra space afforded by a full living room and wetter area. For longer stays, the executive suite adds value. With the executive suite you have full access to the executive lounge with many benefits and an added level of privacy, especially the meeting rooms, breakfast and daily happy hour. After long days of non-stop meetings, etc. these extras go a long way.

The communication about what exactly is included for business meeting room rental was not clear amongst personnel and led to discussion about costs. We got different answers from check-in personnel and other staff, which was disappointing. Luckily we made black and white documented agreement before check-in. Make sure you do this as well beforehand to get a clear understanding that what you needed is what you paid for.
