Perfect location

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. Location is perfect for us but each time I stay there I can't help but think how badly designed the interior of the rooms are. The fixed furnishings don't allow for any room to lay open one suitcase let alone two. The twin beds are so close together that if you drop something between, good luck retrieving it. The chairs and table are all mismatched. The large office-type chair at the centre on wheels is the ultimate obstacle to moving around the room. The safe is badly positioned. The faux timber door covering the fridge door is unneccessary and provides yet another obstacle to be negotiated. So fix all this before I come back again and I will be very pleased.

I liked the location of this hotel, checkin was easy through the automated Kiosk. When our room wasn't in the expected configuration, staff was helpful in finding the right room. Easy access from the Kichijoji station, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby.

The photo on booking.com showed 2 twin beds, but the room said queen/twin. It was unclear when I booked which room I would get and it turned out it was a Queen when I was looking for 2 twin beds. We went to reception and they were able to accommodate us, but charged an extra fee per night for the 2 twins. I wasn't happy about that but the pricing was ok.

Walking distance to Train Station. Thank you very much for the excellent service provided by the hotel. The rooms are neat, beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are professional and courteous. There are many shopping centers and eateries around within walking distance. Hotel breakfasts are good too. You can have Japanese or Western. We have a pleasure and happy stay. Thank you very much.

The location was perfect walking distance to food and shops. Definitely will stay at this hotel next time we come back to Kichijoji! Staff were English speaking and very nice and helpful. Check in and out was super easy and fast.

Rooms could be a little bigger for walking room, but we kind of expected that since it’s located in the city.

Great hotel with, a great location, and great value. Next to the station, Inokashira Park, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Japanese hospitality at it's best as usual. The staff were quite receptive and attentive to all queries that were posed to them. Could not expect anything lesser.

All was good including the conviviality and also the facilities therein however only if the rooms could be a little larger it could go a long way. All else was good. Thanks.

Their location is unbeatable, right in Kichijoiji, three minutes walk from the train station. Their all you can grab amenities and free coffee are incredible. The breakfast buffet is delicious and exceptional.

Like many hotels in Tokyo, the room is small.

Great location, close to the train station, airport busses and shops and restaurants. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. Liked having a washer and dryer available

Breakfast are great. The location is just right beside 吉祥駛, very close to shopping area. Great spot if you are going to the Museme of Gibli. Bus are steps away.

Room are old and tiny and the airconditioner are not working very well. so even it's winter, it's hot in the room. felt like cant not breath

The location next to a well-connected station is terrific. Helpful staff, free coffee on the 4th floor lobby, and the coin operated washer-dryer were all great. Stayed there twice in the same trip.
